Dr. Ort performed a rhinoplasty with an alarplasty. After months of searching for the right doctor all over Washington, I chose Dr. Ort because her attention to detail and how natural her noses looked. She made me feel comfortable through the whole process and the results were AMAZING. She made it very easy to reach out to her or her team whenever I had any questions or concerns. I decided to also received lip injections with after my surgery and I love. I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of getting any type of surgery. She’s great.
I’ve been seeing Dr Ort for a while for injectables because I wanted to try out a real plastic surgeon, rather than medspas. She does a great job and really transformed my face! She’s also honest about what she thinks will improve or detract. I definitely will continue to see her for years to come!

Great experience today with Dr. Ort putting filler in my cheeks and lips. The outcome was very natural and she took great care in explaining the process and what I could expect. I am thrilled with my results. I look like myself but more rejuvenated. Don’t settle for run of the mill injectors. This is the place to go!

I had a rhinoplasty last year in July and Dr. Ort did a wonderful job! She listened to what I wanted and even took time the morning of the surgery to go over any concerns and questions I had. I felt immediately comfortable after my consultation with her and it was an easy decision to choose her, and I’m someone who overthinks everything so that was big for me. Everyone was incredibly kind going into surgery and helped me feel way less nervous about it. Dr. Ort and her team answered all of my questions about the healing process if I had any during the couple weeks after surgery. I love the results! It’s different enough to where I notice and enjoy the changes she made, but still looks natural and fits me perfectly. I also had a very specific window of time I was able to get this done and they were all so understanding about it and worked with me to get it done during the time I needed. I absolutely recommend her.

I interviewed around 6 rhinoplasty surgeons in the timeframe of 4 months. Dr. Ort was the last surgeon I met and with good reason. She understood every single problem area and pinpointed what she could do to fix those areas. I put all of my trust with her and her staff and I am so thankful I did.
Anesthesia was a big concern but her anesthesiologist made me feel so comfortable that I didn’t even notice I went under after waking up. So far my results are wonderful, my confidence has sky rocketed and I have Dr. Ort and her staff to thank!
I had Rhinoplasty done here and y’all it was fabulous!!! Everyone there is SO SWEET and friendly!! Very good at communicating through text and with keeping me updated on things! During the Consultation Dr.Ort answered all my questions and was very professional. Personally I already liked my nose and didn’t want anything drastic. I mainly went in because when I smiled my nose widen and overall, it could be perfected. With these requests she listened really well and went above and beyond my expectations!!
So far I am OBSESSED with my new nose and it’s only day 6!! That means that there is still swelling on the site-which means…if I am already in love with my nose, it’s ONLY going to get better/more defined.
I absolutely love her and LOVE that she can work on different ethnicities and provide me with a nose that best suits my features and my desires.

Dr. Ort gave me the most amazing experience possible! She was so kind and thorough and made sure she was fully understanding what I wanted done not just what she thought would be good! She listened carefully to hear my concerns and made sure to do what made me happy. throughout the healing process she was very quick at responding when I had a question. And throughout the entire process took time to answer the many questions and concerns I had. On surgery day she made me feel very comfortable. After the healing at my first post op appointment my expectations were EXCEEDED. I cried tears of joy, Dr. Ort is a true artist. She cares deeply for her patients and I really trust her. I have been curious about injections for parts of my face for some time and recently received a filler injection for the first time with Dr. Ort. I found her calm demeanor, reassuring. I am very pleased with the result. She has a keen eye and knows how to accentuate parts of your face. Dr. Ort has board certifications in both cosmetic surgery and also maxillofacial surgery. When I tried looking for surgeons that had both in washington, there really isn’t a more qualified Dr for plastic surgery on the face. Which was why I decided to have chin reduction performed by her. I wanted my chin to be less protruded and even. The outcome after the surgery done by Dr.Ort was a proportionate and natural looking chin, exactly what I wanted. I’m very grateful to have her in my care.
I am so grateful to Dr. Ort for my nose and chin! It’s very difficult to find a surgeon who creates real but natural change to Asian faces, but Dr. Ort is an extremely trustworthy master artist and also a true caregiver. When you’re in her capable hands, you know you’re going to get understanding and results, but also really thoughtful care (like modern methods to prevent stomach upset during surgery). In fact, her results are so natural, my own family didn’t even notice, but instead said that I looked really great and asked if I got hair extensions! My husband, who was initially skeptical of plastic surgery, said he was pleasantly surprised that I actually look like myself, but enhanced. I agree with a previous review from True Self that said that you should book now before she gets really popular… she’s going to be extremely sought after, especially for Asian Rhinoplasty.
