Awesome team of doctors. This a small, privately owned/operated practice that stands out in comparison to corporate clinics in the area. Dr. McCabe is not just a doctor but also a person who truly cares about the well being of her patients, one of best medical professionals I have come across.
The office has a streamlined approach to making appointments, offering text message and email communication which is super convenient. Receptionists have gone above and beyond for me, even during the holidays when office was closed, set me up with an appointment when I had to travel day after Christmas.
I also had the chance to talk with Dr. Suh, the owner, when he was filling in. Very down to earth person, knowledgeable and also caring.
I highly recommend this practice and the awesome team of professionals that make it what it is.
I have had a few botox appointments with Dr. McCabe. I am always extremely pleased with my results. She makes you feel like you are getting all the information before she begins the procedure, which makes me feel at ease. Brianna and Hayley make the check in and billing process very easy and painless. I would highly recommend Dr. McCabe and Eastside Primary!

I absolutely love this office! The girls in the front are extremely welcoming, the ambiance of the front office is gorgeous and calming. The nurses are always so attentive and are very diligent on asking questions. I know when the doctors come in they are well prepped on why I’m there. I’ve seen all three doctors and think they’re wonderful! I usually see Tiffany McCabe, because she is so good at explaining things to me at a level I totally understand. She takes her time with me and making sure everything I came in worrying about is taken care of. I recommend this office to anyone and I’ve never experienced any type of negativity that are written in here. The staff is just wonderful and the esthetics services offered is a plus!! My one stop shop for all things health and beauty! I’ve found my forever home here!
Tried to bill me for a missed appointment I didn’t make. Billing argued with me over the phone about, honestly I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t make the appointment.
Dr. Suh was fine, wasn’t the best GP I’ve been to. Practice is kinda strange… focuses on beauty? Super weird.
Also, if you read the review below about misdiagnosing cancer, that’s super important for me to have a doctor who is knowledgable about it as a cancer survivor myself.
Nice office and great doctors but their billing department is terrible. Talked to office the manager regarding my concern, she wasn’t even listening and was talking over me. (Needs a training in customer service)
They don’t want to bill your insurance for certain codes because the reimbursement is too low for them?
Impossible to get in contact with the doctor, they don’t reply to your messages.
Very disappointed! They just lost a patient because of customer service!
How can anyone say anything bad about these people? Have you been to the clinics owned by large corporations? Dr. Suh has built a practice around serving the needs of his patients. I personally have been seeing him for 10 years. I drive over 2 hours each way to see him and his providers. I have been so inspired by Dr. Suh and Dr. C. I am in school to be a PA. I thank you for your hard work and dedication.

The doctors are nice but their billing department is horrible and their billing practices are extremely questionable. It’s always extremely hard to get ahold of someone by phone whenever I call the office. Be careful what you ask the doctor, during my annual physical, I mentioned I was thinking of seeing a chiropractor and so the doctor gave me the name of a chiropractor that he recommends. Little did I know, this would cost me $60 because they billed this separate from my physical. If I had known this, I just wouldn’t have said anything. I can look up chiropractors myself online. Ridiculous that I am being charged for something so petty and I was not told I would be charged for this. Sad because I would’ve actually enjoyed my experience here if they didn’t have such poor billing practices and customer service.

I usually don’t write reviews. I must do it this time because of my tragic experience. My husband died at age of 50 because of stage IV very curable cancer if found early. He saw Erik Suh and Michael Corsilles over time. They misdiagnosed him along with Nancy Dearborn for years and apparently all know nothing about cancer. It’s sad that doctors are not educated enough and our lives are in their hands. Be careful.
I had recently been there for a medical check up regarding my chest problem. The doctor was good, but I didn’t feel he was truly interested in helping. He recommended another doctor instead. Which was fine but still. By the end of my visit I paid cash and I’ve got the receipt for it. A few weeks after I received a letter saying I owe them anothe 45$. I called the office and asked them for an explanation. The front office said that suposively I didn’t pay for FILLING OUT MY MEDICAL PAPERWORK WHICH WAS MY WEIGHT AND HIGHT AND ETC. Nobody ever told me I was going to pay for filling out paperwork. If I had known I would not have gone there! Who in hell would pay 45$ to fill out their paperwork?! Not me! Very poor customer service! Definitely do not recommend!
The doctor himself was very good listener and all but obviously I paid after my visit and a month after my visit I received mail from them sayings I didn’t pay when obviously I did! So I will be calling tomorrow
The office of Suh Esthetics / Eastside Primary Care and Wellness is great. The front desk is professional and courteous. The nurses are kind and patient. And Dr. Suh is knowledgeable, personable, empathetic, and understanding of your needs/situation. A great primary care on the eastside if you’re looking for one!
It was such a relief to find Dr. Suh and Dr. Corsilles at Eastside Primary Care and Wellness when we moved here from out of state. They are entirely excellent at treating the “whole” patient and I hope this review will help anyone else looking for a primary care physician they can trust.
I’ve been going here for years and I love seeing Dr. Suh and Dr. Corsilles they provide a well rounded balanced perspective on health and well being. The staff is always warm and friendly. I’ve seen many other doctors growing up and in college and it never feels like I am at the doctor’s office here. It never feels sterile and cold in the office. I always recommend Eastside Primary Care and Wellness whenever I know someone in the area is looking for a doctor. Eastside Primary Care and Wellness is a perfect balance of natural and Western medicine.
Dr. Suh really takes his time to listen to your needs and truly cares that you have the best experience all around. Wonderful staff and beautiful, clean office. I felt cared for and nurtured in his care. I highly recommend!
Dr. Erik Suh and his staff are dedicated, caring and delightful to work with. The level of professionalism and guidence that Dr. Suh provides his patients in aesthetics services is second to none. A lot of places treat you like a number. They just want to push the latest products, give you some injections and get you out the door. Dr. Suh takes the time to understand what your concerns are as a patient and gives you the options available that will address those needs. He also does not make false promises on what products will do just to sell you something. As a family Dr. he is dedicated to your entire well being.
