After 7+ years of supporting this business I recently received a call for a third time within 24 hours prior to service rescheduling my appointment over to see another provider who I had never seen before.
First two times i was told this was due to the providers leaving.
providers who I had seen consistently over 7+years.
First was libby 5+ years and Ameris for 2+ years.
Though this reschedule offer came because as I was told I made their service provider Lindsey Martin “feel uncomfortable”.
I found this info to be Shocking & Disheartening as I would never want to make anyone feel uncomfortable.
Tho I could understand her discomfort as I had only seen her three times prior and yet I was not happy with my last Two services with her due to the fact that I had to return both times because the $600+ Botox service I received didn’t seem to be working as I had movement with in my eyebrows & was also starting to experience random muscle spasms. Both of which had me concerned as to whether or not the product was not injected correctly and or perhaps was no longer working to begin with?
Though when I inquired with Lindsay as to why this might be happening she brought in their district supervisor Aka “Doctor” who tried to gaslight me into thinking that there was no movement happening and suggested that my muscle spasms were
“just due to stress”.
She Then diverted the conversation towards upselling my towards a different service by pointing out other flaws in my face such as my “Crows feet”/smile lines.
Given I’m not a medical Expert but having received Fillers with Botox and Dysport for 7+ years I think I know when there’s movement going in the areas it shouldn’t be and that I’m suddenly having random eye spasms That I had only experienced once before due to having received Botox at a random Botox party.
So Out of discomfort I bluntly responded that I was not in for a consultation about what else they could treat and would rather not be upsold a service in response to my having expressed disappointment about having just spent at least $1200+ over my last Two services in a row with a new provider that did not seem to be working out as well as it had with my previous provider Ameris.
Though as if to add insult to injury their manager Carmin Insinuated that Apparently Both Libby & Lindsey had felt “uncomfortable” while working with me.
Again I find this to be shocking and disheartening but also ironic as this feedback comes only after I expressed dissatisfaction with both providers having questioned whether or not the product and or Their service was actually working ?
And I question if I made their providers so uncomfortable
Then why on Earth would they ever want to hold on to my patronage/business to begin with ?!?
It was only after I gave notice that I would not be returning to their business again that
Their manager literally said
“are you sure you want to cancel?”
” We’re happy to take care of you and provide your service”
& “if you ever need us we’ll be here for you”.
Fact is their providers could not handle being questioned or challenged about services that were not working.
& Never mind how uncomfortable
I might have felt having to be moved around multiple times last minute to New providers and or Be upsold Services for further issues with aging that I never once inquired about or asked for much less to be told that I have made someone feel uncomfortable but yet Still they are more than happy to reschedule me to a different provider within their business Thus continuing this negative cycle ?!?
Personally I’d rather support a business that actually values their clientele rather than one that has absolutely no concern for the client experience whatsoever, dismisses what the clIents concerns while they continually rearrange & reschedule appointments last minute on services that don’t provide results.
Just know that Botox is a multi-million dollar industry, one of which there are plenty of Good providers out there willing to offer Respectful Quality customer service in return for our patronage.
I did laser session here and I dont think the lady who did my session was trained enough. There were patches undone and when I asked her to do a patch that was clearly visible wasnt done she in a hurry used a stronger laser for that area near my eye and it stung bad and had to hold ice pack there for some time. Unpleasant experience.
My experience with Lindsey Martin at SkinSpirit in Bellevue for my BBL treatments was amazing! Lindsey is such a friendly and approachable person that I felt comfortable with her from the get-go. She was knowledgeable about the treatment and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out to me was how she tailored the treatment to my specific skin concerns and gave me personalized recommendations. I had an appointment for a laser consult but instead I spent well over 30 minutes searching for the location. When I finally gave up and decided to call, they took me to voicemail. I’ll just take my business elsewhere, thanks for wasting my time. Located inside a big, complicated mall.
Always get my facial treatments done from here for many years. Significantly improved my skin.
The service is extremely awful. The manager is very very rude and unprofessional. They charged late fee without notification.
I had my lips dissolved today with Kasey and it was the most wonderful experience! I wasn’t happy with my lip injections I had from another provider and she fixed me right up. I cannot say more wonderful things about her. She goes the extra mile, listens and always makes sure I’m taken care of! Thank you so much Kasey.
Only came here because I saw Carly getting such great reviews and she didn’t disappoint. She’s very experienced and gives great advice to help you get the best results! Carly so warm and made my first time comfortable. Can’t wait to see her again!!
I just got my first ever lip filler, and had Carley as my nurse. She took time to explain everything I’d experience and made me feel SO comfortable! I knew I was in good hands when she explained how she’d take her time to work with me to get the exact look I wanted. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. Every step was SO comfortable and virtually painless and she went the extra mile to make me feel like an absolute princess. I saw Jessica Shdo for lip injections and she was 11/10. Not only was she super knowledgeable, kind, and gentle, but she was very patient with me as I have a fear of needles and had anxiety during the appointment. She was so sweet and caring and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for empathetic ‘bedside’ manner and perfect skills!
I’ve been going to Carly for my lip flip a while now and let me tell you! She is professional, personable, and knowledgeable! If you are looking for any type of skin care, go to Skin Spirit. I’ve been going to SkinSpirit in Bellevue for about 3 years, and they are the best. Specifically, try getting on Jessica Shdo’s schedule. She is the best in the business. She is personable, and knows what she is doing. There’s no one I would trust more than her. From Botox to Micro-needling, PRP etc. She also recommends the best skin care products to use for my routine at home. I couldn’t be more happy with the services Jessica and SkinSpirit have provided. HIGHLY recommend.
I did treatments with Linda after talking to a few different clinics. She immediately put me at ease, gave me the most complete information and a realistic treatment plan. She also showed how she takes extra steps to protect the surface of your skin during CoolScultping treatments, which other facilities had not mentioned to me. Linda made me feel so comfortable and I am thrilled with my results. I would highly recommend! I also liked that Skin Spirit has a medical staff (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, etc) available should any concerns or complications arise. Linda and her team frequently checked in on me and did an excellent job following up. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

I had several sessions of CoolSculpting done here and the experience was great! My results were amazing and my specialist Linda was wonderful! She really took the time to work with me on what areas of my body I wanted to contour/what I wanted to focus on, and she was so sweet, encouraging, and supportive throughout the whole process! She was so reassuring the entire way through and made you feel like family! I highly recommend Linda for any CoolSculpting work!
