Everyone from the reception staff to the skin experts behind the scenes are friendly, kind, and joyful. I always book with Kim Thompson. She exudes a certain kind of peaceful expertise. She knows what she’s doing and I feel relaxed and calm entrusting my skin to her. She listens carefully to my concerns and then explains how she will address them. I’ve gotten compliments on my complexion since seeing Kim. More importantly, I am pleased with the results.
I have had the best service and facial work done by Kim Thompson, Nurse Practionioner. I go to the Skin Spirit medical Spa location. in Bellevue, Washington. When I have questions for Kim not only does she have many years of experience but will always give her expert opinion. Unprofessional staff . I called fixed an appointment and walked in. I was lost in the mall where the clinic is located but the receptionist said I am sorry I can’t help you . This was the most bizarre explanation I have ever heard . Won’t anyone know where is there own clinic located and help a customer visiting them for the first time . I was using google map but it wasn’t helping as it led me through the garage and network was an issue too . I finally found someone who works at the mall
Who was so helpful and escorted me to the place . Good people do exist . I should have not had any experience since this was My experience before I reached yet I was optimistic . They made me wait for over 15 Mins and a lady escorted me into a room and she wasn’t looking happy to receive me . I gathered something was not ok . And my feeling was just right as she said they don’t have a laser machine that will cater my skin tone and they only cater to white/fair skin . She was nice to give me reference to another doctor in the Bellevue area . My questions .
If they didn’t cater to a dark skin audience then why didn’t they check My skin colour when I called . Isn’t that simple than making someone travel from downtown to Bellevue at 9 am to refuse them point blank
Secondly why make someone wait when your answer is I can’t help ? I gather they were wondering how to send me off . Yet isn’t faster than later? Why make me wait ?
Why have a receptionist who doesn’t know where her clinic is located ? Ok let me give a benefit of doubt shear be new and knows nothing but when I walked in there were many colleagues around her , if I were her I would have asked someone to help .
In short it’s a very callous attitude the staff have , I am unsure of the treatment or anything and I am glad I am not associated with a place which doesn’t respect me or my time. Skin colour is the last thing how about respect ? If you are Asian or a woman or man of colour please don’t go there . Even if you want to please call and ask specifically what if they have machine for the dark skinned now.
I lived in Bellevue, WA and visited the Bellevue clinic many times and had an excellent experience each time. I’ve had Botox, Juvederm, and Voluma with George and Sheila, and have been consistently happy with the results. I moved to Anchorage, AK a couple of years ago and have missed being able to go there. I was in Bellevue recently and stopped by the clinic to ask questions regarding skincare issues. George wasn’t there at the time, but one of their nurses was very helpful and recommended some products. When I returned home to Anchorage and called the clinic to ask more questions about the products, George called me back almost immediately. The next time I plan a trip to Bellevue, I will call in advance to schedule an appointment for some of their services. I can’t say enough good things about Skin Spirit Bellevue!
My sister-in-law said Amaris was the best and she is! It was my first time getting Botox and she made it so easy. She knowledgeably answered what could and could not be accomplished and I’m already happy with the results.
Colleen gave me the best facial of my life! And we chatted the whole time, which was delightful. I will definitely go back!
