George Baxter-Holder is absolutely amazing, he made me feel so comfortable for my first experience with Botox. He is so funny and down to earth that I will keep him as my only injector. (And I’ve only met him once, that’s how great I think he is already)
I will be coming back for lip and chin filler in the next couple of weeks and I am so excited.
I saw Eleonora today for the first time for a facial. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative about my skincare from the inside, out. I am extremely happy with my results!
I have used Libby for botox for a few years now. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease educating you in products and end results. She takes the time to find out what what you feel are your problem areas and then comes up with a solution. I have never been disappointed and have referred many clients and friends. Everyone loves her for her professionalism, her personality and most of all her skills.
Marlena is wonderful! She is very informative, friendly, and she performs procedures with confidence and skill. She is certainly an asset for the clinic/spa!

Everyone at the Bellevue Square location is extremely professional but also friendly and helpful. I get amazing facials here, in addition to some other skin maintenance procedures, plus I really like many of the skin products offered. This business really sets a high bar all the way around.
George Baxter-Holder is by far the best medical aesthetics practitioner in the greater pacific northwest! I’ve been going to see him for 5 years, and twice I made the mistake of using groupons gifted to me for other medical spas and then had to go see George to have him fix uneven or botched fills. You get what you pay for!

Dr. George Baxter-Holder is a genius when it comes to the art of aesthetics and his personality is so positive and energetic it’s actually contagious!! Most recently I had Sculptra and Restylane services and the results have been AMAZING! Every service I’ve had has exceeded my expectations. I saw Amaris at the Bellevue skin spirit and was very pleased with my experience. She helped me achieve what I wanted with my lips and was very careful with placement of product, considering my situation was a bit more unique. I am definitely going to see her again. And as far as the clinic over all there is usually more open availability compared to other locations and later hours, the front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming making the whole visit a 100.

I have been coming to this location for a number of years, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about it. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Amanda is amazing, and she is the reason I look 10+ years younger than I am!! Always willing to share information, and recommend things that will improve or maintain a good regime to correct any issues, or maintain beautiful, healthy skin. Never pushy, which is a plus. I won’t go anywhere else. I have recommended many friends and co-workers when they compliment me on my skin. They are always pleased with the service, treatment, and results they receive.
George is the best! At first I was scared to get anything done. I’m 42 but I already look young for my age but I’m telling you- it’s the little touches that George does that make the biggest difference. Thank you George for giving me that natural and youthful look without looking like I had something done. The staff there is amazing to. And if you ever want the best facial go see Amanda Bliss. Everyone I’ve sent to her is a lifetime customer! She is amazing!
I was a bit unsure of how my experience would be, but after my first facial I was sold. The staff is kind, friendly and incredibly professional. They reccommend products that will be beneficial but don’t push them on you, which I think is important. I have enjoyed every experience here and would certainly recommend! Plus, there’s a huge waiting list for some cosmetic procedures which tells you that’s it’s so good people are willing to wait.
Amaris made me look five years younger! She was knowledgeable, gentle and very nice. I can’t wait to see her again.
I’ve been going to SkinSpirit in Bellevue since it’s opening a few years ago. The facials, which I’ve had administered by Nora, are beneficial and effective. The company isn’t high pressure on selling skin products and I feel like a valued customer when I visit. The staff offers suggestions on products that truly work and are customized to my skin’s need. I’ve also had Thermage done here and found it very effective as well. The employees are well trained and very positive!
I just had the most amazing facial and am planning on going back for dermaplanning and maybe laser hair removal in a few weeks. I totally wasn’t pressured into buying anything that I didn’t want, and was actually told there there are a few things in my morning routine that I’m using that aren’t doing me any good.
She walked me through everything that she was doing during the facial and what I should expect over the next few days since this is my first really deep medical facial in a long time.
I’m really excited and think that I’ve found my new regular esthetician!
My facials have been amazing. I would highly recommend! BUT, the $1600 I spent for laser treatments was a WASTE of money. I still have just as many brown spots as when I began, plus the main one I wanted to remove is no different.
