I was a client years ago and had good experience with laser hair removal. I was happy and I came back recently for other treatment.
Right now I am removing my tattoo with picosure tattoo and it’s the best laser for tattoo removal. I had 5 treatments somewhere else with regular tattoo and it was slowly fading. I wanted faster results and I am so happy there is picosure on the Eastside.
I had only 2 treatments with Dr. O’Connell and my tattoo is almost gone. The removal is faster than regular lasers, and those 2 treatments did more than the previous 5. I suppose to have 8-12 treatments with nano laser and it was dragging. I wish I chose pico laser from the beginning.
I never get any numbing cream but thats the option. My tattoos are small and I could stand the pain. Honestly the pain is significant at the beginning so be prepared. Much worse than getting tattoo.
My tattoo is black and old, but I think Serenity’s laser also works for color ones.
Everybody in the spa is nice and professional. last time I came for my appointment which turned out was the next day but very nice gal tried to accommodate me and she did squeeze me in- I appreciate that!
Doctor is down to earth and easy to talk to. I never felt any pressure to buy services or products.
I also found out they carry newest laser for removing sweat glands if you don’t want or can’t use antiperspirants. I have a friend that uses botox for excessive sweating so that’s something cool.
I’m writing the feedback on behalf of my wife. She past her 6th appointment for laser hair removal. She likes the customer service and she’s finally happy with the technician she has. The results, however, are not satisfactory: the hair goes out for 4 weeks or so, but then regrows almost fully again. Now she has maybe 10-20% reduction, and is not sure if it worth the cost to continue. She asked if it’s possible to see the doctor for consultation, but the answer was that he usually work with only certain treatment areas and hers is not the one. We understand that generally there are many factors in the equation, however we would expect a little bit more guidance on what are the odds of success in her specific case, and not the general statistics.
I went here for laser hair removal treatments, the technicians were very discreet and professional. Convenient location and affordable. I will return and recommend people in the future.
I’ve been going here for LHR since 2014. The quality of my treatments has varied highly depending on which technician I’ve ended up being treated by. I’ve learned to make an appointment with a specific tech the next time if I think they performed well. Some techs will take their time, meticulously making sure to not miss any spots, like Amanda who did my most recent treatment and was the best tech I’ve ever seen. Other techs will go too fast and carelessly, firing the laser fewer times for the same area as if they’re just trying to get it done with. If I had met the good techs like Amanda and others every time I’ve gone here, this review would have been 5 stars.
Did my first picosure and hair removal today. The staff are welcoming and Dr. O’Connell is very professional and thorough. Sherry is also very friendly and precise on my hair removal. Still have 2 more treatments to follow up. I have had acne scars and pigmentation issue for a long time. I can’t wait to see the result in the upcoming days. Highly recommended and thanks again to Serenity Rejuvenation Team!
I think they have old equipment. After 9 sessions I am not happy with the results. I have light skin, medium course dark hair. I should be an easy client for hair removal.
Absoutely horrifying experience with this clinic.
I went to this clinic to do the picosure facial therapy and I found out that the doctor missed the few spot. So I requested to do missing part that i wanted to cover on the 2nd visit. For some reason, their attitude was not same as my 1st visit and everyone there was very rude to me. I asked the doctor to do the missing spot but instead he did the same spots that he already cover few days ago when i visited first time. He kept saying the spot that I requsted was not the target and it is alreay covered. I have done many picosure therapy and i do know that it was not covered. After i got 2nd treatment on same spots my skin got burnt badly and it is taking long time to recover. I called the other clinic to find out if that is ok to re-do the same spot treatment within few days they said patients should wait for about 6 weeks to recover to re-do the same spots. I really did not like the service i have in this clinic at all. When I asked for some refund for not being satisfied fully or not receiving the service fully they strongly refused to do so.
I Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE TO ANY PEOPLE WHO WANT THOROUGH SERVICE.

I waited so long to write this review as I was hoping this business to take care of the mess they made on my face but that never happened. I have finished two of my three sessions, my face burned and there is a scar on my lip and they refused to do the third session nor refunding my money back.
Here is the story:
I had a laser hair removal session at Serenity Rejuvenation Center on Wednesday, March 21st at 12.15pm and it went awful! By the end, I was literally in tears because my upper lip felt like it was on fire.
A technician did my laser, I kept asking for breaks during the session and even had to move my face out of the way so she would STOP.
Anyway, my lip instantly scabbed and was burning for 72 hours after the procedure…even while constantly applying aloe vera gel. It’s Nov 5th and my cupid bow disappeared as well as my upper lip line has no shape!!!
I contacted the clinic, talked to Dr. O’Connell but he was not helpful at all. He emailed me just to cover what his staff did to me but in reality, when I called several times and even showed up, they refused to help. I am now going to a dermatologist to fix the problem. It has cost me a lot of money and time. Horrible!

I’ve had 4 laser hair removal treatments here. Every time they are very friendly and professional and on-time. I was recommended to go here by a friend and I would recommend to others. Great experience.
Professional consulting, andvanced equipment, great service with a smile, easy scheduling and they send you a reminder before the appointment. I have had 2 out of 3 laser treatments and I am very happy with the clinic so far.
Great place. Very accommodating and friendly. The doctor is an expert and he did a great job removing my tattoo. Definitely recommend this place.

I purchased the 6 sessions of laser hair removal treatment for Brazilian and I am very happy so far! It’s very affordable, and all the technicians that I had very extremely friendly and make sure you are comfortable during the procedure! I can’t remember all of their names, but I had 3 different ones and they were all great! The procedure it self is very quick, and they provide numbing creams to buy, and it made a huge difference on the pain! My hair is growing back thinner, and is so much easier to shave now. I am thinking of doing laser hair removal on other parts of my body. I highly recommend this place!
I have had four positive experiences at Serenity getting my tattoo laser removed. They take care to make sure you are comfortable during this procedure. They answered all my questions patiently. And best of all, my tattoo is almost gone!
