Great service, great price, and easy to schedule. I highly recommend Serenity Rejuvination Center!
I visited center for laser hair removal. I got 6 sessions done and saw a great difference in hair growth. Shannon did all treatments for me and she did an excellent job. Almost 90% of hairs are gone. Very happy with result. Highly recommended:)
My husband and I went here after recommendations from a friend for laser hair removal. Everyone was friendly, the price was excellent, and it was fast! I later came back for coolsculpting and I am just starting to see results from that (it’s been a few weeks). Overall awesome!
I have been going to Serenity for the past few months for my laser hair removal. I have seen fantastic results, and I actually plan on doing laser on other parts of my body as well. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The office is also very clean.
They are professional, responsive, and easy to work with.
These guys have been nothing but great. I had some laser hair removal done at another place and they weren’t thorough and were slow. I saw results here right away. The staff has been really accommodating and sweet. I recommend this place to anyone who wants anything done.
I first visited Dr. O’Connell for abdominal fat and had a consultation for The Coolsculpting procedure. I was very impressed with his internal medicine knowledge. He explained that Coolsculpting was effective for subcutaneous fat and that for my visceral fat that perhaps we needed to look at my male hormones including my testosterone level. I am 6 months post procedure and am happy. I am 3 months into testosterone supplementation and am feeling much better. Highly recommend!
My wife had service from here with HCG diet. And she lost more than 15 lbs in 2 weeks. She followed it’s guide book and and called and asked whatever she was not sure on diet foods and supplements. The staffs were kind and knowledgeable to make my wife successful. During 3rd week, she had plateau but she wanted to go one more week and see how far she can lose weight. She said she became more energetic anf healthier after losing 15 lbs and she looked nicer with more confidence. I am appreciated to support her successful diet on Mrs. Cho.
Super friendly, always on time, very professional and relaxing experience while getting zapped by lasers! Sharon is great best!
I highly recommend this small office for treatments. The staff are well trained and professional, the office is small, clean and efficient, and best of all the treatments are affordable. I have had excellent results for laser hair removal and couldn’t be more pleased.
I would recommend Serenity Rejuvenation Center to anyone wanting cool sculpting, Their staff is very nice and informative and answered all my questions about the procedure. I definitely felt like I was in good hands during my treatment. I looked elsewhere to have cool sculpting done and Serenity Rejuvenation Center had reasonable competitive pricing and best of all I never felt pressured to purchase any services while talking with their staff.
I received Botox for the first time today from Serenity Rejuvenation Center and I’m glad I found this place! The staff was very warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process very well regarding what to expect. I’m very excited to see the results! Thank you, SRC!
The staff is kind and attentive despite me being an awkward mess, and I can’t argue with the results of my skin treatment! Extremely 5/5.
I was very interested in coolsculpting ever since I saw the commercial on tv. I searched for providers close to me and I found Serenity Rejuvenation Center. I was very pleased with the consultation and the doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I am the right candidate before we started the treatment. The treatment was smooth, it did hurt a bit the first 10 minutes and after that I was fine. I was able to catch up with some of my favorite Netflix series. I recommend this place.
I had a friend recommend Serenity Rejuvenation to me a couple years ago. She was getting a laser hair removal treatment and saw an ad for their picosure laser, which removes tattoos. I had been getting tattoo removal treatments with a q-switch laser but the picosure laser promised fewer sessions and a much smaller chance of scarring. Switching to Serenity Rejuvenation to get my tattoo removed was the best thing I could have done. I have been going to school in Oregon and I would plan weekends to come to Bellevue just to get a laser treatment from them. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they made me feel very comfortable for a rather uncomfortable process. I first started my removal process in August of 2015 and had four q-switch treatments before switching to Serenity Rejuvenation in December of 2015. I have had five treatments with them since (I did not get any during summer 2016 in order to avoid potential scarring from the sun), and my tattoo is practically gone. There is a little shadow of it still, but you wouldn’t really be able to see it unless you were looking for it. I would absolutely recommend going to Serenity Rejuvenation Center and seeing Dr. O’Connell for any tattoo removal process.
I went to Dr O’Connell @ Serenity Rejuvenation about 8 months ago for laser CO2 TO minimize wrinkles. After the treatment, my skin was slightly
more smooth, but my wrinkles were just the same, to be honest. Over the subsequent months, any slight improvement I had in texture disappeared.
Dr. O’Connel said it would take 9 months to see improvement. That doesn’t make any sense when my skin texture, wrinkles, etc. were just going in the opposite direction. If anything, you’d expect it to improve slightly each month until the max at 9 months. $2K was a lot pay for 2 weeks of minor exfoliation.
Dr. O’Connel (at this point I don’t feel it’s appropriate to call him a doctor any more – you’ll see why) “graciously” agreed to redo the procedure.
That’s in quotes because it’s not gracious if you screw up the first time.
Now I have to go through all the pain and downtime and stress again!
My appointment was at 1:45pm. Someone called me and told me to come in 45 minutes early so they could apply numbing cream. I called them back early on in the day and said I could apply it at home and come in at 1:45pm instead of 1pm, so I wouldn’t have to sit around there for 45 minutes.
I arrived at 1:45pm and I told the staff again that I applied the numbing cream already. I sat there in the waiting room for an entire hour. Having seen 3 patients come in, wait, and go in the back room for treatment, I was getting pretty irritated at this point. I must have asked
3 or 4 times – when am I going to actually get my appointment. I was given a vague answer each time – soon. I repeatedly told the staff and Mr. O’Connell that it had been over 1.5 hours since the numbing cream was applied.
We were trying to reschedule when Mr. O’Connell sauntered in with Bella. I asked why was I waiting for an hour. I did not yell, I did not wave my arms wildly, I spoke in a direct and confident voice. Mr. O’Connell told me he wanted the numbing cream to be on for at least 45 minutes. I told him, again, it had been on for 1.5 hours; apparently he can’t hear. Then he started to accuse me of creating a problem by raising my voice and he said this in a very loud, annoyed, accusatory, and rude voice, the very thing he accused me of that wasn’t true. Then he threatened not to do the procedure, saying he was doing me a favor by redoing it. Well, sort of. He didn’t do it right the first time, so it’s really NOT a favor then. I wanted to get it over with and therefore didn’t respond to his continued rude accusations. I, the patient, had to calm everyone down, and move them in the direction of getting it over with. Mr. O’Connell continued to go off on me in the procedure room. I tried to calm him down by saying “it was a miscommunication, so let’s put it in the past and move on”. Bella also joined me in trying to get this guy to shut up. But, he wouldn’t. How unprofessional! He kept complaining.
After the 3rd time of saying “it was a miscommunication, nobody’s fault, let’s just put it in the past.” Finally, he repeated what I had just said 3-4 times. I kept thinking, I’m the customer, this is a service business. If you can’t handle giving service, you shouldn’t be in this type of
business.
By the time we finally got started, I imagine the over the counter pain killers and numbing might have been wearing off because it hurt like hell.
It was so bad that I really just wanted to stop. At this point, I was cursing Bella for talking me out of the prescription pain killers. But, I sucked
it up. Bella encouraged me to go on. They gave me a script afterwards – it’s really too late for that – didn’t need it afterwards.
My guess is that Mr. O’Connell is very new at this because he didn’t seem to have any process for how and when patients are supposed to come in for their
procedures. And the staff was mostly ignorant on the process too. No, I would not recommend Dr. O’Connell or Serenity Rejuvenation. He is very unprofessional. I got no results that he promised and I think he just wanted my money or he could be inexperienced.
I had three treatments of lazer hair removal and noticing a big difference in hair growth, I have very thick black hair and might need one more treatment. loved the service and the staff
Very professional, easy to get an appointment. Laser has really worked for me thus far. Have been working w/ Christina, she’s quick and efficient. I will keep going there and would recommend it for sure!
