I highly recommend this business if you’re in the market for any laser hair removal sessions! As someone who moved a lot, I had to find a new doctor to continue routine appointments in each state that I lived in.
Out of all 7 businesses that I’ve been to across 4 states for laser hair removal treatments for various locations across my body, Serenity Rejuvenation has definitely been the best in both office & staff AND services!
Lindsey took excellent care of me for my first appointment and was extremely knowledgeable and kind.
Often times it’s actually difficult to find someone who will not shy away from the job, especially when it’s closer to upper thighs and private regions.. But for the money you pay for any of these types of treatments, you really deserve great and thorough service. And you’ll get it, there!
Love the results! Only 6 sessions in and already see a big difference. Everyone is always welcoming and nice ! If you are thinking of getting your hair laser removed this is the place to go to!
I originally tried this place out with a Groupon YEARS ago! I was skeptical, since it was a Groupon, but they have surprised me year after year. I think I have probably been receiving treatments here for different things for the last 4 years or so and I don’t ever want to go anyplace else. The doctor is wonderful and very kind and friendly, and the staff (Mona, I’m looking at you) there are no words. Give this place a try if you aren in need of any services they provide.
Dr. O’Connell listened to my concerns. He always asked and checked the progress every visit. Dr. O’Connell spent a lot of time and very thorough.
The hyperpigmentation and spider veins on my face have gone down quite a bit.
The front desk /assistant is very friendly. She helped tapping my leg during the procedure. This really helped me not to be so nervous.

Amazing! I have been using Dr. O’Connell services since 2018 and I don’t think I can go anywhere else. Facials are great. I have been going for laser hair removal and the weight loss service. He is very knowledgeable and always there to listen. I have had great results no complaints. I would definitely recommend this business.
Dr O’Connell and his staff at Serenity Rejuvenation were a refreshing experience. Dr O’Connell was easy to talk to to let him know what I was trying to achieve with the procedures I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable on which would be the best treatments for me and why. I could tell he was not just in to selling you services just to make quick money, he took his time in deciding which would be the best treatment plan for me for the results I was looking for. I am looking forward to going back for my next treatment. I highly recommend this Medical Clinic due to the staff and extremely clean and well maintained.

I have been going to Dr. O’Connell and team over the past year for tattoo removal treatments. They make the entire experience very smooth and have been flexible with appointments when I had to reschedule. They are open on Saturdays which is a huge plus. When I first contacted them online to inquire about prices, Dr. O’Connell called me and went over the whole process and answered all my questions. I still have a few more treatments to go so cannot yet post before and after pictures, but I’m extremely satisfied with the results thus far. This team is professional, highly skilled and the prices seem reasonable compared to similar options.

I came in for laser treatments on sun spots/dark spots on my face, particular a bigger one next to one of my eyes. Dr. Stephen was very patient and attention to detail. I’m very pleased with the results from Serenity Rejuvenation Center. And the cost for the treatment is also very reasonable.
Front desk Korean lady is not professional. She forgets this and that. No instructions or care after service.
What I’m stressed about the most is you are unable to call them at all! Email would take days to get a response. Super frustrating and tired to deal with them!

PLEASE READ – Twelve days ago, I went for a consultation appointment. I have bruxism, and I heard that botox was effective.
I ended up getting it that same day.
Four days later, the left side of my face was partially paralyzed. I couldn’t lift my left lip resulting in a very obvious asymmetrical smile and difficulties speaking and eating.
I called the clinic, and they gave me an appointment a few days Later (a week after I was injected).
I came here by myself for a initial screening for a tattoo removal. Right as I walked in the facility was spotless and clean. Dr. O’Connell was kind enough to show me around the facility and his work in tattoo removal is bar none. I can’t wait to start my treatments here in December!
I took 9 sessions and this treatment is very effective. The hair growth reduced to a greater extent. The staff are very friendly and supportive.
