My experience at Serenity Rejuvenation Center has been exceedingly positive so far. I am approaching 6 sessions and every visit has been a delight. The staff are welcoming and Dr. Steve takes care to be as informative as can be with the process to ensure I have clarity. The facility is clean and neat. The location has enough parking and I haven’t experienced trouble parking in this neighborhood of Bellevue. The procedure has been breeze and I am happy with the aftercare each visit as it is not a too troublesome with my daily tasks. Dr. Steve was thorough with the process to ensure optimum results. When I am finished I will post again to give full details of the end product. So far I am extremely happy and confident we will reach the finish line with excellence.

Dr. O’Connell is absolutely amazing! He always listens to the needs of clients and always recommends best treatment! He is very honest! Staff is extremely friendly! It has been an outstanding experience! Not to mention the results! Botox treatment was great! I highly recommend the center!
Back in 2019 I met with Dr. Steve for the first time to try to gauge different options for tattoo removal in the greater Seatle area and I was blown away. He and his wife were very nice, down to earth, and in-depth in their explanations of the laser removal process, the science, etc. I really like how they check in with you throughout the process to make sure you’re both on the same page about what you’re doing. I’m 2 sessions into a sleeve lightening procedure on some heavy ink and I’ll be able to post my results when I finish sometime next year. Tattoo removal is a long and expensive process, and these guys price extremely fairly compared to other clinics in Seattle. I’ve been to clinics that give me $1600 per session quotes on smaller areas with absolutely no explanation about the process and a technician who isn’t interested in your needs at all. These people are great and if you’re in WA looking for tattoo removal, these folks are the best. Thanks guys!
Did laser hair removal at Serenity. Everyone was very professional and nice at the office. I saw a great improvement on my upper and lower lip. Always sent me reminders. Have a tried a few other places before and had much better results here.
So, I’m a redhead, which means that I freckle just looking out a window. I went in for an IPL laser procedure reduce my freckles to “cute level” instead of “overload.” This worked fabulously! I was communicated what I would experience, what I would see in the next coming days, and what results would be expected. This operation isn’t like the huge medical spas, and I liked it because I felt like there was extreme focus on my needs that could directly be relayed to the doctor. I’ll certainly be returning for my facial vanity needs.
What a great experience and wonderful staff! I absolutely love how welcoming they were and how they actually take time to listen and build genuine professional relationships with their guests. I will be back and will recommend them to anyone!
Doctor O’Connell and his wife run a beautiful, upscale medical spa with all the best, state of the art equipment. I have been to the doctor for three tattoo removal sessions, and it’s working. I’m going to be returning for all my permanent hair reduction needs as well. Highly recommend.

On my first appointment I was incredibly nervous and scared. Dr. Steve and his wife made sure I was comfortable and made my first appointment so easy and calming. He also made sure I was informed of wound care and told me to call him anytime if I had any questions. I’m so glad I found Dr. Steve and his wife, and can’t wait for my next appointments!
This place is amazing! From the building, staff and the advanced care and practices they offer! This was my first tattoo removal and i made search to research and find the best place. I heard many great things and also saw so many great stories of people who had their tattoo removed there. I noticed that other places did not show pictures and offer any stories. This was a big deal for me going in and i was more than impressed once i arrived. The lady at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helped me book the appointment. She was very kind and sweet and really made me feel at home. I then met the doctor who was very informative and caring. He explained the different processes and how things would go during my procedures. I am someone who asks A LOT of questions and not one time did I ever feel like i asked too many questions and he answered every single one with a tremendous amount of patience. The procedure itself was great! I have heard so many stories about the pain you have when getting a removal and did not feel that way AT ALL. The pain was minimal and the results are definitely worth it! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for tattoo removal or any of the other amazing services they provide. Best experience!
I could not be happier with my experience with Serenity Rejuvenation Center! Everything was so easy- from scheduling my first appointment, to consultation, to the actual appointment itself! Dr. Stephen and his assistant were fun, kind, professional, and engaging throughout every part of my appointment. I felt like all of my questions were answered and that they had my best interest in mind while explaining to me what their process was and while actually going through the procedure of removing my tattoo. I got the hydra facial for $250 and it didn’t do much for me. After my appointment I wiped my face with a makeup remover wipe and the wipe picked up dirt and oil. I’ve gotten a hydra facial before from another spa and it made my skin look incredible but the one from Serenity was not good at all. I called and told management and they said they couldn’t do anything except give me another treatment that I would need to pay for. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s expensive, not very professional and the service I got was not satisfactory.
Dr. O’Connell has made my initial experience with tattoo removal very pleasurable. He clearly has in-depth knowledge of laser treatments and is willing to answer all questions. After one session it is hard to see the results, but I can update this once I see how the treatment progress is going. looking forward to the journey ahead.
I’ve been seeing Dr. O’Connell for IPL treatments and his competent staff for laser hair removal for over 6 years and have always been more than satisfied by their professional service. I had one session of PicoSure treatment with the clinic and the result is fine. However, the doctor doesn’t seem to care about his own business.
I got rescheduled last minute on the first consultation. The front desk can’t even find the follow-up appointment even though I get the text msg confirmation from their system. I got rescheduled again. Then on the day of the follow-up treatment, I got another last minute reschedule.
So I cancelled and the front desk doesn’t seem to care either. If they don’t care, like the words from their own mouth: I’m fine with it too.
I have been seeing Dr. O’Connell little over a year for tattoo removal and I am extremely happy with the results and his office. His staff and himself are very kind, caring, and thorough. Although the removal process is painful, his staff is always on hand to make it as comfortable as possible. Overall very amazing place to get any cosmetic procedures done.
I have known Dr. O’Connell since meeting him aboard a plane from Seattle a decade ago. On one of my annual trips to Washington State, I went to the Serenity Rejuvenation Center for Botox injections. Dr. O’Connell and his staff were extremely pleasant and explained the procedure to me, allaying any anxieties I had at the time. I highly recommend the Center and its staff.
