  • My mom recommended me Serenity Rejuvenation Center. She got a Botox treatment for her migraine when she was visiting Seattle and it did magic for her. The spa is clean and the staff is very professional. Dr. O’Сonnell was amazing and gave detailed information about the treatments. He treated me for Botox and Coolsculpting. The price is very competitve and affordable. Great experience during my business trip in Seattle.

  • Awesome and professional team @ Serenity. Have worked with these guys and am always impressed with how together the whole facility is. Best spa/medical center in Bellevue.

  • I had my laser for my face here.Igot a deal of $350 for 6 sessions.I had 90% results.Good place and friendly staff.Loved it.Happy I selected this place.I say this bcos I stay in federal way and I had to drive to Bellevue for my treatment. But it’s worth it!!😊

  • This is a great place to enjoy real confidence in a medical spa. Each procedure that I have had at Serenity Rejuvenation Center has been exceptional. No pressure, great prices, great advice, and skilled practitioners. This is indeed a medical spa where to can relax and feel that you are in good hands.

  • I finally took a chance at laser hair removal. I was very skeptical and initially tried it with a Living Social (or was it Groupon or Amazon Local?) promotion. My conclusion: It works!

    I think it can get expensive to keep visiting to completely remove all hair in certain areas, so that’s something to think about. While some staff encourage you to keep coming back, one staff person mentioned that you might decide it’s “good enough” to reduce the annoyance. So far, I’ve done my lower legs (large area) and armpit (medium area) and am happy with the results. To be honest, I don’t enjoy all the zapping an was hoping it would be totally pain free. I guess I would compare it to eyebrow tattooing with a needle. I guess that’s the price of convenience and wanting to be stubble-free.

    Haven’t had any issues with the staff or customer service.

  • Excellent Laser Hair Removal service at Serenity Rejuvenation Center.

  • Love this place. The staff is super friendly and all their services are extremely affordable. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

  • Great place! Clean, nice staff, I would recommend it to anyone. 🙂

  • I love Serenity, they do a really good job with laser hair removal and their machines work really well! I feel like they are trying to find and target the hair rather than just hit you with a laser all over and hope for the best.

    I just completed my treatment of 6 and I’ve definitely seen results, I’m going to need another 6 treatment, but it’s a pretty difficult area so I’m not at all surprised. I will definitely be staying at Serenity to finish it out rather than seek out another place because I think they do a really good job.

    My only small complaint would be that I wish that I could have the same person work on me every time. For armpits or legs it’s not that big of a deal but when your having someone work on places a little more intimate it gets a litttttttle awkward when every time I go in now someone new is there.

  • I purchased a Groupon to get my bikini line done at Serenity Rejuvenation as in the past I have been disappointed with other places that shall remain nameless (Aura Laser) 😉 who were to say the least a complete waste of money! When I first made my appointment the technician was on time, very polite and we talked in depth about the different laser machine options I had available and what may work best for me. This is the first facility that I have gone to that has more than one type of laser machine! I had six sessions with my Groupon and I kid you not that after the first treatment I could see a huge difference in the growth and the hair was coming in finer! I just got my 5th session done and the bulk of the hair is already not growing back. I would definitely recommend Serenity Rejuvenation and have been telling all my friends. I will definitely be returning there to get my legs done next!!!

  • I had laser hair removal treatments done here and have been very happy with the results, friendly & competent staff & ease of the location. Also, the price is very fair and easy to budget into my monthly spending. The quick minimal feeling of the laser is worth the results! I would highly recommend this place!

  • Great find! I first found out about Serenity Rejuvenation Center through a Living Social deal for laser hair removal (large area). I had six treatments for a single area and was so pleased with the results that I went back to do a second area. I researched many places before choosing Serenity for laser hair removal and I was not disappointed. Dr. O’Connell and his staff are always kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have only tried laser hair removal treatments here but because of how well it has worked I am going to look into more procedures as well! I highly recommend!

  • I really dig this place. The girls make you feel very comfortable and they are clearly very experienced. The doc knows what he’s talking about and following protocol is number one on their list. I have already recommended this place to friends and will continue to go there for LHR and other treatments as needed. Thanks Dr. S!

  • Got laser hair removal here and was totally blown away!

    I’ve never had laser hair removal done before. I decided to purchase a Groupon for hair removal here and went for the full Brazillian. Having a lady you don’t know put her hands (and a laser!) all over your junk was super intimidating in concept, but once I met the technician I felt really at ease – she’s incredibly friendly and it wasn’t at all awkward.

    I have had two sessions of the Brazillian now, and each time took roughly 15 minutes in total, with an extra ~10 minutes for check in and finishing up. The laser removal process stung a bit, but it was nowhere near as bad as the internet made it sound like it would be. The closest comparison I can think of is pinching a bit of skin between your fingernails lightly.

    The best part? After ONE session, I saw over 75-80% hair reduction in my bikini area. I was pleased as punch. (My boyfriend was, too.)

    I’m considering getting the rest of my body done now, since the Brazillian process has been so painless. Super happy with my results and can’t recommend this place enough!

  • I found this place through Groupon, and have loved it! I’m currently just finished 3/6 treatments, and have already seen about a 70% reduction of hair in my underarms. I initially only got the Groupon that had 3 treatments, but when I asked, they were willing to pro-rate the cost for me for the next 3 treatments! Everybody there is extremely nice, and they are very quick and efficient at their job! I am usually in and out within 15 minutes!

  • My entire experience here with their laser hair removal services has been awesome! Getting laser hair removal has the potential to be an awkward and uncomfortable experience, but Dr. O’Connell and Suzanne were very professional and knowledgable, answering all the questions that I had. Serenity has a variety of lasers that they use depending on your skin type and skin color. Suzanne used the Yag Laser on me because I’m darker skinned and have black hair. I’ve had a total of six treatments, and I’ve experienced about a 95% reduction. I will definitely come back here for any touch-ups that I may need. I did not use any of their skin services, but plan to in the future.

  • Went to Serenity Rejuvenation for the first time back in December to start laser hair removal for my underarms. I bought a 3 session package through Living Social at a great price. The office is clean, and the staff is nice (not the snooty stick their nose up types you typically get at spas). First, Dr. O’Connell sat down with me to go over some medical history and the procedure. Then the laser tech took me back to the treatment room. I can’t remember her name, but she was a sweetheart and walked me through everything. I was definitely nervous since I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she explained everything before she did it and made me feel comfortable, at least as comfortable as you can be while getting lasered! It definitely hurt, but it was super quick. Maybe 30 seconds per underarm. My underarms were a little sore for about 30 minutes afterward, but then it was totally fine. And don’t be alarmed by the burning hair smell, apparently that is totally normal!

    I am going in for my 3rd session today, and assuming they can offer reasonable pricing, will likely purchase another 3 to make sure it is effective. I’m not sure what their pricing is like on IPL facials, but it’s something I might also consider at the right price since I’ve always had troubled skin.

    If you have been considering laser hair removal (and I sure have been for a while), I would definitely recommend Serenity Rejuvenation!

  • I finally decided to get laser hair removal for the back of my neck. I’m glad I decided to go to Serenity. The office is very nice and clean. The doctor and staff are great and very friendly. Most importantly they were very knowledgeable. My technician answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and was very thorough!! I know I got a great treatment because I can already see a difference after my first treatment. I’m definitely considering doing other areas since I see how great their lasers are. I definitely recommend this place!

  • Well, I got tired of “being angry” and decided I need to un-frown.
    Had 3 appointments with Dysport prior at a different clinic
    – 1st treatment (not Serenity Rejuvenation) was a trial and was mere $80 (which I was never informed that the price will keep escalating) but lasted about 3 weeks;
    – at my second visit (not Serenity Rejuvenation), the $80 is now $480 (Good grief, I am already an addict. now what?) which I was told it will last 6 months, well it lasted 3.5 months;
    – at my 3rd visit (not Serenity Rejuvenation) I was quoted $600 and apparently I am in need of more “poison” and only have myself to blame for my high metabolism (umm my flabby tummy fat disagree!). Was told it will be $800 for Botox and *may* last a month longer.

    Did a little research on Botox vs Dysport with the help of Dr. Steve (Serenity Rejuvenation) and honestly was rather hesitant to go to a new place for the fear of being “bulged” – you know, when the new place sat you down examined your face inside an invisible super eyes of theirs and it tells you exactly how ugly you are. They calculate your wrinkles, sun spots, the size of your pores, etc…. leaving you wondering what percent ugly you are as compared to the general population…

    So on a Wednesday morning, I picked up my courage, packed my ego, boxed my self esteem, took an extra dose of Zyntac, went to see Dr. Steve and wait for him to endorse the prior statistics that I am 78 percent ugly, meaning less pretty than 78 percent of women in the world. On the popular 1-10 hotness scale used by males the world over, that makes me a 3 , if you round up.

    And as I brace myself for him to tell me that my left side of my face is apparently 20 percent more aged than the right and it will be a monumental project to revitalize me, he said “you do not need much on your frown line, just the crows feet”.

    Next came the words of “Lay down please”…. Oh really? I get royalty treatment? You mean I don’t have to sit upright, clinched cross legged and watch you approach me with needles at eye level? It was much less “poke” than I had in the past with Dysport. After the procedure, Dr. Steve gave me an ice-pack and sat in the room with me dabbing off the melted ice (with traces of blood) off my face. I did not leave the facility driving off with a stabbing headache (which I was told it was normal) as when I did with Dysport.

    Dr. Steve is honest and upfront with “3 days to see effect, 3 weeks for optimal result, 3 months to re-treat” and not sugar coat it with 6 months bogus claim. No, not $800, not even $400, a fraction of the price – as he does not inject unnecessary and I actually look “human”, I can actually still frown if I want to – see =: )

    Botox – Botulinum toxin, a neurotoxin! What in the world was I thinking (or obviously not thinking) before coming here to have a RN inject that shay on me? Insist on having A DOCTOR administer it!

    Okay, I can breathe now … Dr. Feel Good!
