Dr McIntosh is exceptional in a number ways: He is, not only, prompt, pleasant, and professional, but a man with incredible integrity. He was as quick to advise against more expensive treatment, which he considered unnecessary, as he was to recommend a series of procedures tailor made for me. I am already experiencing positive results!
There is a lot trust I have for Dr. Mac and his staff !

Just had the most relaxing facial from Susie. Feeling all rejuvenated and my skin is so soft. Susie’s amazing highly recommended.
Dr McIntosh is absolutely wonderful. I had a brachioplasty, and am very happy with the results. He has a great bedside manner and puts you at ease. It is not a common surgery, and so I wasn’t really sure what the end result would be, but I was very confident that he would do a great job. There were a few little things that weren’t quite right, but he fixed them all for me at no additional charge. I would highly recommend Dr McIntosh without hesitation. Special shout out as well to Susie Cooper-King. She does amazing facials.
Dr. McIntosh is the real deal weather your getting injectables or surgery his attention to detail cannot be denied. I travel over an hour for him in Seattle traffic worth every delay schedule your appointment today!
I felt incredibly welcome and at ease! Everyone was Kind, warm, pleasant and inviting! They gave honest open answers to all my questions. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was on limited time to get all questions and concerns out! This was a great experience and I feel comfortable and more importantly safe to be in their care.

After reading all the great reviews about this place, I am genuinely confused about my experience here. I scheduled a consultation on the phone, got a text and email with my scheduled date and time and confirmed it over text, and got a confirmation email once again stating the same date and time.
I paid a babysitter to watch my kids and showed up at the scheduled time. The person at the front desk stated that I was scheduled at a random time a month from then and tried to act like I probably was the one that made a mistake. I was flustered and thought it was maybe a mistake on my end, but then I found the confirmation on my phone and showed it to her. To this she said she didn’t know where the text came from, and didn’t even really apologize.
It blows my mind that someone would be so nonchalant about wasting my time and money when they have CLEARLY made a mistake on their end. The more I think about this interaction the more shocked I become!
Went in for a consultation and ended up with the best experience. The Front Desk Team (Jordan and Ashley) was super welcoming and fun. I immediately felt relaxed and knew I was going to be well taken care of. When I met Dr McIntosh for my Botox appointment he Immediately accessed my skin and recommend the best treatmens for me. Not upseelling me on things i did not need infact it was the totally opposite. I have to say that I will be coming back for all my skincare needs and have already recommend it to my close friends.
Suzie is amazing! I’ve been coming in for the last 4 years to treat my melasma. She is so knowledgeable and leaves my skin glowing. The front desk staff is very helpful and always so sweet.

I just want to give one advice to woman over 60 years looking to improve your appareance. Do your research before expend your money in fillers. I expend so much money in fillers and I didn’t see any results or improvements, in fact, in some areas the fillers make the lines more noticeable, the doctor didn’t even remember or find where he put fillers in my face. I know we are the ones who make the final decision but I wish I had a more honest recommendation from the doctor at the time of the consultation. There are some treatments that definitive are a waste of money for mature women.
This ENTIRE staff is beyond exceptional. From beginning to end the staff was so amazing. I was so nervous because I’ve only had one surgery which was back home in San Diego & was beyond happy. From Angela to Dr. McIntosh I am so happy I have booked my surgery and will continue to go to them for all my other cosmetic needs. ( not that I need much). Ha! I recommend this place to anyone who wants world class service & wants a office that communicates and makes you feel comfortable.
