I have been a patient of Dr. McIntosh for years now. I have always been a fan of his Patient Care Coordinator Angela and Dr. McIntosh himself. Today I had my first microderm facial with Susie, his Aesthetician and I am in love. I just signed up for the monthly facial membership and scheduled my next 3 visits with her. I have been struggling with my skin and Angela recommended I see Susie to discuss a skin care line Eminence. I have been using it for a month now and am more than pleased with how my skin is looking. This review is a long time coming. Dr. McIntosh, his staff, and their patient care is truly outstanding. I whole heartedly recommend them!!
I had laser hair removal a few years back, but never felt satisfied with my results. A friend referred me to this clinic when I wanted to try again, and I am thrilled with how well it is working! After only 2 sessions, I have a dramatic decrease in facial hair. The treatment itself is fast, and the aesthetician checked in to make sure I was comfortable frequently. The staff was super helpful getting my consultation and procedures scheduled, and the aesthetician, Susie, was friendly and super professional.

Dr. McIntosh is professional, interested in how he can help you, and takes as much time as you need to understand the issues surrounding your procedure. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. McIntosh and his staff. First off, they accept insurance for breast reduction surgery. This is few and far between for all of Washington state. In addition to this, their practice treats insurance patients with the same respect that they treat their elective surgery patients. I looked around for quite a while to find the right surgeon for my procedure, and in many cases I was treated like a “second class citizen” since my insurance was paying for procedure. When I contacted Angela (at Dr. McIntosh’s office) I was instantlying treated with compassion, empathy, and most importantry, respect. The turn around for surgery was stunningly quick. As soon as I was on board, they were ready to accommodate me. I have never been treated as well as I was with this practice. You would do yourself a disservice by not reaching out to them*.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. McIntosh and his staff. I had a breast reduction on top of an emergency surgery due to a blood clot in March of 2017 and my results are truly incredible. Any concerns or questions I had were all taken care of, I highly recommend this surgeon! I plan on having another surgery with Dr.McIntosh in the near future 🙂
I would not trust this office. I emailed them regarding a reduction, they responded with options for filling. When I politely called them out on not reading my emails, they did not respond. When I emailed them again several weeks later they sent me an very impolite response claiming they’d responded before when I never received a thing. Tattoo artists and piercers are more professional and polite than this office.
I was very comfortable with Dr. McIntosh and his staff. My eyes look so much better now! I would highly recommend him!!!
I saw Dr. McIntosh to have 4 moles removed . From setting up appointment, registration, consultation and check up process, all staff and Dr. Bryan I met were wonderful, professional and dedicated people. I followed my gut feelings to pick this plastic surgeon, and my pleasant hassle free experience there reassured my right choice. If you need a plastic surgeon go see Dr. Bryan McIntosh for outstanding results without any drama… I’ll do it again if I have to.
I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. McIntosh and his staff. I had a tummy tuck last October and the care I received was incredible. Having worked in the Medical Management arena for many years I feel I know the business and Dr. McIntosh’s care, interest, after hours calls and emails were incredible. I’d recommend him for any procedure.

He did a horrible job for me. Him and staff were very rude and when I wasn’t happy with what he did they were very bitter about it. Most inportally I’m just exteremy unhappy with the percidure I did with him. I wish I could undo everything.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bryan McIntosh. Through usage of his surgical skills, he solved a problem that has plagued me for more than 5 years. He’s communicative (you can always get a hold of him), he’s concise, and best of all………HE KNOWS HIS BUSINESS. I heartily recommend him!
