I have seen Dr. Partington for various things for more than 10 years including a Tummy tuck and arm brachioplasty following a gastric bypass. In recent years, it has been for botox and various fillers. He is an excellent surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. In the office, he describes exactly what he’s going to do and marks injection sites so you can make an informed decision. I would recommend him for surgery as well as facial procedures. I also like that he is a humanitarian and helps to create smiles around the world.
The 24 hour recovery was wonderful! Dr. Partington prescribed simple stretches and walking throughout the following days for healthy blood flow. The before and after process was so easy and I was right back to my routine in what seemed like no time! I have been so pleased with my experience with Dr. Partington and all of his staff!
I LOVE Partington Plastic Surgery. I’ve had some aging issues to deal with, and Dr Windle has helped me out, so that I understand the choices that I have, as well as what will be done and why. I am pretty conservative in my health care needs, and this practice is a perfect fit. The care is excellent, and Dr Windle and staff are amazingly courteous, professional and kind.I have never felt pressured to do anything other than what I have asked about, there is no hidden agenda here for repeat “business”. I have referred my friends and my family members here which I think is the very best compliment you can give.
After extensive research and consideration, I made a decision to visit Dr. Windle at Partington Plastic Surgery. My first inclination was to inquire about Bellafill due to Dr. Windle’s stellar reputation with this filler.

I absolutely cannot say enough about the staff and my experience with Dr Partington’s office! I had had a consultation with another office before visiting with Dr Partington and the two experiences were worlds apart. They are so kind, friendly and informative and the post-op experience has been amazing. I greatly appreciate their professionalism, culture of community and dedication to excellence. The little extras (a gift box and lovely flowers post-op), as well as their availability to answer any questions, has made the entire experience so much better than I could have hoped.

Before I had kids, my breasts were larger in size (full 36 C) and firm and perky. After having kids, they were very small (barely a 34 A) and very saggy. I have wanted breast implants for over 3 1/2 years, since I gave birth to my first child.
Once I decided for sure that this surgery was right for me, I scheduled a consultation with a surgeon in my area. I was so excited for my appointment and had very high hopes. Unfortunately, the consultation was one of the worst experiences I have had in a doctor’s office in my life, (if not the worst). Most of the appointment was spent talking about how much I dislike my breasts. I was not able to meet the surgeon that would be performing my procedure. The doctor who meet with me for the consultation doesn’t practice any longer. The office was outdated and it was obvious that the staff was just there to “do their job.” It was a very disappointing and discouraging visit. I thought possibly that it was a sign that I shouldn’t get the surgery after all.
When I got home, I researched all of the surgeons in western Washington. I scheduled several consultations. The reason I chose to schedule a consultation with Dr. Partington is because of his many years of experience, impressive credentials, and the fact that Partington Plastic Surgery was voted (by the people) as the number one plastic surgeon in western Washington for 2014 and 2015! I was very impressed by that and figured that there must be many good reasons why so many people were ranting and raving about this surgeon and his staff.
When I called to make my appointment, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with patience. The office itself is quite lovely and all of the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is peaceful. Every time I have been there, I have been politely offered water or coffee. The entire time you are there, the staff does anything they can to make you more comfortable.
My consultation started with deciding which type of implant is right for me. Partington Plastic Surgery has state of the art implants – the best implants available on the market today. The other surgeon that I went to did not have these implants and I know that they are not available everywhere. You will also be impressed by their “Twilight Sedation” technique.
Once you decide what type/size you think is best for you, it’s time to meet the surgeon. My first reaction to Dr. Partington is that he has a very welcoming presence. He is obviously intelligent and skilled but he is also quite personable. Rather than towering over me, he sat in the chair next to my husband and answered any questions that we had. It was more of a conversation than a typical patient-doctor interaction. He spent quite a bit of time with me and I never felt rushed. The day of surgery he was there with a reassuring hug and encouraging words.
You will not regret choosing Partington! It was such a wonderful experience for me from beginning to end. Everything they do is about you and I felt so special throughout the process. I was given a medical facial and Botox for free for choosing them. Day of surgery they sent me home with a wonderful “recovery box” full of thoughtful goodies. At my one week follow up I was sent home with beautiful flowers in a glass vase. These are all things they are not required to do but definitely part of what sets them apart from their competitors. Choose Partington! You will not be disappointed!
From the very first appointment to the end result, it was a terrific experience. The office staff was very friendly, they put us at ease immediately, and answered all our questions without any judgment. Then of course there is Dr. Partington, who was (and is) fabulous, kind, experienced, and hopeful that what you want to do is best for you. And the snack box was delicious and perfect for the after surgery snack. You knew what we needed and provided it. My son and I thank you for making an experience that could have been very uncomfortable and scary, welcoming and achievable. The surgery has given him a new life, really. We can’t thank you enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Partington and his staff. They are warm and professional and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Their explanation of the procedure was spot on and I never felt rushed. Another thing that I really appreciated was that they were there to answer questions about other things that I may be interested in but it was never a sales job. It truly was presented as information only. I can’t recommend them enough.

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Dr. Partington and his team. I could never imagine how much of a difference it made. It has been a long time coming that I wished my dream would come true, he made it come true. In my opinion it has made my confidence rise and made me a much positive person. I came into his office getting a breast augmentation consultation he new exactly what size to give me. I am SOOOOO freaking happy with the result. He made me feel like a new woman!!! He was also my husband doctor for Sonobello when he did his liposuction. I recommend to anyone who want to get there breast or liposuction or anything done one of the BEST place to do it here. I FEEL SO AMAZING!!!!

Jill at the reception desk is always warm,friendly and helpful. Always searching for ways for me to save and invest in myself. She is always ready with a warm tea and several times amazing snacks.
I have seen several of the professionals there, and have always been impressed that they care very much and listen. I went in for a refresher that I thought I needed recently and I was pleasantly surprised I needed less then I thought. I was impressed that the technician who could have added more on, was honest.
Over all I feel it is a place you can trust to be at ease and do an expert and caring job.
