Went into have my hair done and the owner showed me how to raise and lower the chair. Later on the bill included a charge for training me on how to use the chair. Stay away from these crooks
Shady business with poor quality service. I would go anywhere else. They treat their customers and employees like trash. They make mistakes and then try to use your money to recover the costs of their screw up. Give your money to a boutique that actually deserves it.
I saw Caitlin for my first lash lift and tint and it came out so nice! Caitlin was very gentle and proffesional and talked me through the process very well. I will definitely be coming back!
I saw Angela for some sugaring services today and she did amazing! She was super sweet and fun to talk to 🙂 I’ve had facials from her in the past and she’s always done an amazing job giving me a comfortable and relaxing experience. She educates me a lot on what products to use for my skin so I always learn something new from her! Thank you Angela!
At my appointment, Roxy said I had been accidentally scheduled as a brow shaping instead of brow maintenance and that before charging me, she would change it so the price would be lower. She did not change it. When I emailed the business after seeing my receipt, they declined to abide by what I was told. I am not going to support a small business that lies to their customers. Even if Roxy was wrong for ehat she told, they shouldn’t punish a customer.
Update – Funny that Roxy booked my next appointment (which I already cancelled) for October 27 as a brow maintenance. That’s more than 4-5 weeks. I don’t think you staff knows your policies.
I love supporting local business and Oh Sweet Skincare is a GEM! Karina and her Team are fantastic! I would definitely recommend trying them out for your next facial. I have now been there for a few different services and have been very happy with everything!

Oh Sweet is an excellent boutique spa! The store is always spotless and they are very diligent when it comes to extra cleaning and protection due to COVID. The spa is easy to find and has parking right out front. They have a vast assortment of skin care products to keep your skin healthy and happy between treatments. They even carry my favorite brand Eminence! All the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. I have been going to Stephanie for over 5 years. I actually followed her to this location. She is exceptional. She is very professional and goes above and beyond for her clients. She has great tips and tricks to keep your skin looking healthy. I would highly recommend Stephanie and Oh Sweet for all your skin care needs!

Would 10/10 recommend seeing Lisa while you’re in for your lash and sugaring needs! She’s on top of all covid safety procedures, super friendly/easy to talk to, and does BOMB work.
I had my first chemical peel with Viri, she also does my facials. All the rooms are clean, they are safe to go to with strict covid protocols. Viri will talk about the process and treatment, and answer any further questions you may have. I would highly recommend!

This is the best facial salon. Viri did a great job on my skin and Karina, the owner, is exceptionally talented. The salon is extremely clean, the products are high quality, and there is a focus on sustainability at the salon (no paper towels in the bathroom is awesome!). I follow them on Instagram to get skin tips too! Love this place!
The atmosphere of this spa is bright and clean. The staff is professional. I had my eyebrows tinted and sugared by Lindsey I was super happy with the result. I will definitely be returning.
