Doctor Nafisi is all about money. He is careless, rude and very unprofessional. If you ask few questions to be clear about the procedures he thinks you’re too smart and won’t treat you. You need to be dump and ask no question or share any possible concerns. Give him lots of a money with no question ask.
I wouldn’t even recommend him to my enemy. Find a doctor that is skilled and cares about your thoughts, concerns, and health. Not just there to collect your money.
I saw Dr. Naficy for a revision rhinoplasty. I had sinus surgery over 10 years ago elsewhere, and injured myself while I was healing. It got progressively worse over time and I decided to see if Dr. Naficy could fix the collapsing nostril and the bump that were left behind after the injury. Seeing Dr. Naficy was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Not only do I breathe better, but I look and feel like myself again. The entire staff was kind and understanding (even though I was extremely nervous). Dr. Naficy gave me the natural, subtle look I was hoping for. I now look more like I did when I was young, and I look more like my sister. I feel confident again, and comfortable in my own skin.
Jill comes highly recommended. Jill is so kind and professional and has such an aesthetic eye. She treats each session like a partnership. She has her recommendations but also listens to what I want so that we can come up with a plan together. And after each little spot she treats, she lets me see and then we keep moving forward with the treatment. (Might be annoying from a professional standpoint, but I so appreciate this.) I’ve been seeing her for 2 years and she has helped me to achieve my desired results. After some not so great experiences, Jill puts me at ease each time I see her. I’m so grateful someone recommended her to me. I have to add that all the receptionists are super friendly, too. Erica is the sweetest.
The best word I can use to describe Kim and her technique is WONDERFUL! She’s personable, professional and highly skilled at what she does. I am beyond happy with every treatment that I have ever gotten from her… Botox, fillers and skincare advice! I can’t recommend enough, you won’t be disappointed!
I recently had filler done by Kim Bui at Naficy. This was my second time going to see her and each time has been wonderful. Kim is kind, gentle handed and very skilled with her placement of filler and making sure it looks natural.
I love Naficy and Kim was very attentive and took her time to ensure my needs were more than met. I went back for a few touchups at no charge. I will return and will continue working with Kim. Cheers.

as I use Christine Woods for her exceptional talent at facial fillers in which I have one or two done a year , its something that gives me a boost of confidence at the age of 61 , luckily I have been blessed with beautiful skin , but if you are looking for a natural soft look then Christine is the Master esthetician , I get so many comments , she is truly the Best and Nacify is so lucky to have her.

I got my lip fillers done with Paige and i absolutely adored them. The first time I got them done at a different place, my lips did not look how I wanted them and didn’t last as long as they should. I decided to try out Nacify and was beyond impressed. I also worked with Kim and she is amazing as well. From the few experiences I had with Nacify, I love how friendly everyone is and they do an amazing job as well. The receptionists are also super nice. Overall 10/10!

I am very disappointed with my experience and results here. I have been coming to Naficy since March 2019 for Botox and dysport. After Melissa left (IYKYK), no one has been able to get my injections right. I’ve had to come back 2-4 weeks later every single time for a touch up, WHICH THEY CHARGE FOR, and which means more bruising, time and money.
Since Melissa, my injections have yielded minimal movement restriction and asymmetry. I have kindly expressed my concerns to each person, and the injector says they understand, but then they just send me to check out so they don’t have to face a conversation about money with me (why is this up to the injector?) I’ve been to other places who don’t charge for touch ups – they properly take responsibility for not assessing correctly.
This time, coming back for yet another touch up, I came saying “I want to be frozen” and did my own research (switching between dysport and Botox). I had doubled the amount of tox and therefore money I spent at my appt two weeks ago, and still ended up with the exact same MOVEMENT AND ASYMMETRY. The injector made it seem like I would not be charged for this then sheepishly ran away after walking me up to check out. They charged me $420 and refused to entertain any concessions.
After being passed between the injector and checkout person twice, and getting non-answers, I finally had it, so I asked to speak with someone who could make a decision about not charging me. The COO or something, Elena I think, didn’t even pretend to care and basically blamed this on me. There is no way that doubling the amount would produce the same results unless they are diluting their chemicals.
I shouldn’t have to be the one to come up with solutions – YOU’RE THE EXPERTS. I was willing to pay more, patient, and not appreciated as a client. Fortunately, when I called after leaving with yet another idea, they allowed me to use points to cover part of the cost (this another item that the client is responsible for “remembering” and initially they wouldn’t approve), so I changed my review from one star to 2.
What kept me coming back is the office staff are really kind and fun to talk to. They have a good points system so I would get regular discounts too. Bummer. This is not about money. It’s about being passed off, ignored, manipulated, and simply NOT GETTING RESULTS. #FAIL
Used to be great but now they expect to be paid if you cancel within 72 hours but it is ok if THEY are the ones that cancel on you. They have done it the last 3 times and they have don’t it previously pre-pandemic. No respect for their clientele.

I did an ipl for the first time there, then at first when I went to have a consultation, everything went good.
But when I actually come here to do the ipl then there has some weird things happened. At that day, I went there earlier about 20 minutes, but they let me wait in the hallway about 40 minutes. they let me, a patient to apply Anesthetic cream, I have to apply it without any sanitizing hands in a public restroom because they do not let patient to come inside. I was spending money to play the role myself?I don’t know about other patients , how their experiences are, so they also need to do this? but for me this is strange and kind of embarrassing to show a weird white cream covered face in a public hallway and there are lots of constructions going on inside the hallway which make me feel uncomfortable and annoyed. What makes me feel worse is that the cream went inside of my eye and its hurt, a couple minutes later, my eyes feel like a pair of stone.
When I inside the office to receive my first ipl treatment, I still have a high expectation. but the expectation was broken immediately. it is so weird that the machine broke down for a couple of times, the process can’t continue as a whole complete experience. It was interrupted for many times due to the machine settings. the physician adjust it again and again. I do not feel their services are professional, she also burned an area of my hair and say it is because I moved my head suddenly. but they didn’t inform me to have any pre cautions about what will going on. The whole process i can sense is that they don’t prepare well for me, they do the job in a hurry and careless way, the machine shouldn’t have any trouble when already in a process of treating a customer, they should adjusted it well before begin the treatment.
I don’t know, I just speak out about my feelings because after one treatment, I feel there is no improvement of my face conditions. the hair seems burnt forever since there still no hair grow after months, I feel they are not professional and do not care much about customers.
Finally, I want to say I do not mind to spend more money on a great organization and physician since their price is high compared among most providers in the market. I decided to spend money on it but only on someone who got advanced skill on skin treatment and treat customer professionally, honestly, and patiently. not in a hurry and careless way. Since people who spend lots of money on their face means they care about it more, the treatment should be right and professional. otherwise they wont come to a clinic without any health concern.
I’m extremely unsatisfied with Dr. Naficy’s work. He even refused to cover the cost of a temporary fix that was clearly a defect of his work after asking me to wait for over a year promising that it will recover on its own. I found him indifferent and unhelpful. Very disappointed!
