  • Rash, hives, uneven skin texture, swelling face at night, and the only thing that does not irritate my face is water. My skin looks horrible and it looks like it aged 10 years after all the trauma it has gone through.

It was just a microneedling, how did my face end up like this???

My skin has been struggling to heal for 6 weeks after the procedure and is still having all the same issues up to this date. I have also noticed silver/white lines and patches showing up on my face.

This has made me suffer physically and emotionally for 6 weeks. I still do not know when my face will fully recover at this point.

They are ignoring me at this point after sending me an email saying that they do not see any permanent damage.
I had to postpone my move because of this and it totally messed up my relocation schedule. I will be leaving Seattle soon, but I talked to my attorney and he told me that the statute of limitations is 3 years.

Well, I personally will not contact Naficy again. If they ever hear anything about my face in future it will be from my attorney.

  • Best of the best!!!! Industry leader for a reason. Won’t go anywhere else.

  • Naficy is the best! From the check-in process, to services, all of the way until you drive out of the parking garage. Staff is friendly and efficient, services are flawless (I see Jill for Botox injections and she’s amazing!) and check-out is quick and painless. They even take the extra step to validate your parking. I highly recommend Naficy!

  • I chose Naficy for CoolSculpting. The experience was wonderful! But…

I wasn’t prepared for a $400 charge to appear on my card TWO MONTHS later, without my authorization. I was told I would be charged $700 on the day of my treatment. Turns out, they only charged my card $300 (I had no idea), and just decided to collect the remaining $400 from my card. No call, no email, no text.

I called and was told their system is experiencing glitches and clients from as far back as two years ago(!!) were being charged to settle up their balances, and that they were calling “some of those clients” to notify them. (I guess I wasn’t on that list?) I was also told they would speak to the staffer who charged my card without authorization. So which is it–a glitchy system or a mis-click by a staffer?

They reversed the charge, but it won’t hit my account for at least a week.

The fact this even happened without any correspondence or authorization is appalling. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed my experience there but it’s not worth a glitchy system taking $400 of my money during COVID without my consent after they drop the ball.

Update: They’ve been calling me for a few days to collect the remaining balance and I’ve been struggling to find time to call back while they’re open. Today they had the nerve to call me a thief and threatened to call the police on me. Incredible, considering they initiated a $400 payment from my card WITHOUT my authorization or consent. Taking someone’s money without their consent is thievery. I walked out of a meeting just to call them and give them their money.

In response to the facility’s reply: If my card was declined, no one reached out to me about it–no call, no text, no email. I would have happily investigated with my bank because the payment ought to have gone through. Mia claims the system will attempt to charge the balance until it goes through, which is peculiar because there were many opportunities for the system to pull those funds. Instead the balance remained in my account and no one could be bothered to pick up the phone or send an email. (They clearly know how to do both.)

I won’t be working with them again, ever. And I’m sure the feeling’s mutual. Capitalist vultures.

  • Very poor customer service – stopped at the door/call. I will take my business elsewhere. The front desk people or people who answer the calls convince me that I will spend my thousands of dollars somewhere else. You don’t have to be rude and condescending.

  • I’ve been to Naficy a few times now – I see Yvette for Botox and Rachel for microneedling. I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. I love Yvette’s conservative approach, I always feel confident that she’s doing what’s best for me. And Rachel is so sweet and makes my microneedling appointments fly by! I believe the goal of Naficy is to make you look like the best version of yourself, and that’s certainly how I feel every time I walk out of this clinic.

  • June 29, 2021.
Haven’t taken arm compression off yet, but I felt it important to give a pre and post surgical review.
I’ve been coming to Naficy for several years now for fillers, and botox.. have had great results, so, when I wanted my ugly arms done, I knew where I wanted to come.

I have to say, I’m not an easy patient to deal with, as I always have questions, and being somewhat controlling, want things my way..but, I’m smart enough to know that Drs, and professionals know what they’re doing..

These men and women are the most professional, sweet, kind. And have the best bedside manors I have ever encountered in any medical facility. They were and have been very patient with me, answering all my questions. Even the doctor herself called me while she was on a much needed little holiday.. these people go out of their way to accommodate. You, So, I’d you have any concerns, or fears, please, THIS is where’s you need to be. Dr Burnette and her entire staff are angels… what an awesome experience this was…

  • Costumer service sucks, called to set up an appointment and she put me on hold which is understandable but when she picked up the second time she said “are you here for check in” I told her no and she just said ok someone will be out there and put me on hold. I stayed on and she finally answered again and I told her I just have a question which she put me on hold again and then 2 min later hung up. If it’s that hard to get help I’ll go somewhere else

  • I found this wonderful team by searching for Emsculpt. Gong through all my preps moving forward for the procedure were so simple. The lady’s were so helpful and kind. They explained every step I needed to know to feel comfortable and assured I had found the proper place to trust my body with. I will be recommending Dr. Naficy to anyone who is looking for that muscle toning for bikini time and just over all feeling better about the way you look to gain self confidence.
Thank you all for the help and giving me the security of knowing I’m literally in the best of hands. W. S.

  • I see Jill for my lip filler and she is absolutely amazing! She is so thorough and really takes the time to explain the process and how she goes about correcting any unevenness my natural lips have. She’s so fun to talk to and makes me feel comfortable and at ease every time. I can’t recommend Jill at Naficy enough and I feel like I have an injector for life!

Erika at the front desk is also wonderful and so helpful! I’ll continue to go to Naficy for any and all cosmetic procedures I may need.

  • I am new to the world of injections, going one place before coming to Naficy. I decided to give Naficy a try because they had better prices for Juvederm, and I am so happy I did! It seemed that Yvette was the most sought after injector and I loved the photos I saw of her work so I chose to book with her. As long as Yvette is here, I will never go anywhere else! I have now seen her twice for Juvederm in my lips and I have been equally happy each time! She is a great listener. She paid close attention to my requests and made suggestions to get me a result I would be happy with. She is always kind, warm, and gentle. The injections in my lips were close to painless! She makes me feel safe and from speaking with her I can tell she is very knowledgeable about all things injections! She really seems to love what she does. Each staff member I have interacted with at Naficy are just as respectful and helpful. There is no one else I would trust more with my face!

  • I am writing this review about one of the nurses who does Botox in Dr Naficy’s office. Her name is Yvette. Unfortunately I am very disappointed and upset with her. She was so rude to me. I did my Botox with Christine. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I was not happy with my first Botox injection and I went back to do some corrections. Christine added some more units to some areas of my forehead. I waited a month but I still didn’t get the result that I wanted. I went back to their office for a third time. This time my follow up consultation was with Yvette (since Christine was not in the office that day.) Yvette didn’t listen to me at all. She was very aggressive and she raise her voice on me. I just said I am not happy with the result and she suddenly attacked me and started talking and talking and talking! She just talked about herself, she said I’m doing Botox since i was 20 and now I’m 35!! She didn’t know how to listen to me and she didn’t acknowledge my concern. I don’t know how it’s possible someone who is working in the cosmetic surgery office don’t know how to deal with a client who is not happy with her result. I was shaking when I came out of their office. I went into my car and I couldn’t stop crying because of her attitude and her behavior towards me. She talked to me in a way that I am lying to her and I don’t know what I am talking about. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I wanted to talk to Dr.Naficy about Yvette but every time I called or asked they said he is not available. I already emailed Elena Johnson the COO and hopefully she will assist me about this issue. If you want to go there try to avoid seeing Yvette and work with other nurses. She is so unprofessional. Hopefully my review help you guys to do not be in my situation and help the office to improve their customer services.

  • I love the service I receive at Naficy. From the moment I check in at the front desk to the moment I check out. The front desk ladies are always full of smiles, patience, and so, so efficient. Even when they’re swamped they are efficient. Rachel, who performed my IPL is wonderful! She explains everything in detail, talkative if you wish, comfortable in silence. I was very hesitant and doubtful that the IPL would work on my skin and it has made a world of difference. Rachel has made my 60 year old skin glow! I feel much more confident now my dark spots have mostly disappeared.
Erin has done my Botox. She is kind, funny and so amazing at what she does. You never feel the needle, My skin is never bruised and I always looks bright and healthy not overdone.
I cannot think Nafisi enough for their service.

  • Jill Kandora is so amazing at what she does! I’m so glad she is now with the Naficy team. She takes the time to really listen and address my concerns- with total respect to my desire for a natural, yet refreshed appearance. I have complete trust in her, and highly recommend her to anyone considering injectables. Thank you, Jill, and team Naficy for making my experience a positive and enjoyable.

  • Absolutely horrible experience! Got charged for twice the treatment I’ve received. Yet there were still no results!! In fact, results were worse vs before the treatment! Tried to contact staff to resolve the issue, however, did not receive a single response to multiple inquiries!!! This is pure unprofessional! Stay away from this clinic!!!

  • This place is just a farce.
I went to a consultation with my husband because I needed his support but, most importantly, his help for translation. When you leave your face in Doctor’s hands, you expect to understand all he is going to say, right? When I took my appointment by phone, I explained the situation and they agreed.
So, here we are. When we arrived, the only one person to say “hello” was just our patient care coordinator Jeanelle and she was the only one to be polite and professional during this mockery. The other members of staff don’t even bother to say “hello” when we were passing them. They looked at us like they were scared. While we were waiting in front of the entrance (door was closed and we needed to check-in by phone because of Covid), a staff member went out and just walked away without smiling (under their transparent face shield) or saying a word, like it is none of her business, she didn’t even ask if we needed help.
-First professional advice: try to be at least polite and welcoming with your patients if you care about them (but I assume you just care about our money and it doesn’t require even a smile and a hello).
Anyway, right at the entrance jeannelle said that they only allow the patient in the room and no accompanying person. We explained that I needed my husband for translation and that we explained that at the phone when we took the appointment. Jeannelle said that that was fine then and my husband and I followed Jeanelle in the room. While going to the room we crossed way with many other staff members and none of them smiled or said hello. Jeannelle left us in the room and said to wait for the doctor to come. After waiting for 20 minutes or so, she came back with her manager instead of the doctor.
Her manager was literally ARROGANT and SARCASTIC. She just told us that “it is the law to be alone during a visit and it’s the law applied in hospitals, clinics, everywhere in WA”. I was doubtful because, since the Covid-19, I saw several doctors in UW Medicine, The Polyclinic, Swedish Clinic and I was always with my husband.
Worse than this, she said “You have to be alone except if you come with a certified translator”. In response to this unbelievable excuse, I asked if certified translators were immunized against the Coronavirus and she answered with a sarcastic tone: YES. So, this smart girl has found the solution! Amazing!!! We don’t need any vaccine thanks to her! I asked a second time the question to be sure to understand and she became more sarcastic “you know what the Covid is? you know right? It’s a big crisis”.
I stopped arguing with her because it was a waste of time speaking with people who want to make fun of you!
At the end, I told her that her behavior was not professional at all and she was impolite and rude. She said “I am sorry but your husband will need to leave this room”in a menacing tone. In consequence, my husband was humiliated and despite the fact that he took a day-off to come with me, he had to leave the office and wait for me in the building lobby.
The irony of this story? During her long speech, we were 4 in the same room. Funny, right? But maybe she is a certified translator, and she is immunized against the virus!
Second professional advice: as a manager, you should show the example and be polite, understanding and not sarcastic. You should care more about the customer quality service and the well-being of your clients. You should know that: a satisfied client will return but when you lose a dissatisfied client, you lose 10 others.
Finally, when the doctor Naficy met me, he was already aware of this situation, but he didn’t care. I just said that she didn’t have the way and the tone to explain the situation. Period.
Last professional tip: I don’t want to support this behavior. If I pay $$$ I ask in return a minimum of consideration. The esthetic industry forgot that, without us, they can’t practice!
So, I don’t recommend this place because of the lack of professional behavior and I encourage you to demand at least a consideration when you pay $$$!

  • Dr Naficy is very honest. He is one of the good ones! He listens to my concerns and has always helped me! He did my rhinoplasty and I’m very happy. Any doctor will tell you what you want to hear.. but Dr Naficy is different. He’s always been honest and caring. His entire staff is amazing! He is the only plastic surgeon I trust. He’s always been helpful and I wouldn’t have my beautiful nose if it weren’t for him!

  • Great staff. Very friendly and welcoming.
Dr. Naficy not so much. Overall, bad experience as he was the first plastic surgeon I had talked to about getting my nose done. He basically said it would take a lot of work. Procedure was overpriced and he didn’t ’t seem very enthusiastic about the job. So I didn’t return after my consultation. The size of my nose has been the biggest insecurity since I was young and Dr. Naficy just made me feel hopeless about it. Not what I expected my first experience talking to a plastic surgeon would be like.

  • I decided to have cool sculpting done, and was researching places to have it done- I’ve heard of Nacify’s practice as I’m in the esthetic industry and many of my clients have had work done by him. I wanted to go somewhere that wasn’t chop shop, did thorough consultation and also used the latest equipment (very much not the case as many practices offering medical treatments do not.) I was lucky enough to come across Louise who is the coolscuplting specialist, boy am I happy. She’s lovely, professional, grounded, sweet, warm, made me feel really comfortable and explained things perfectly. Her detailed conversations prior, explanation leading up to and during the treatment were exemplary. I only had the treatment done today, but I feel extremely confident with her attention to detail, that my results will be amazing and top-notch when they show. Great pre-post care offered, blankets when I was chilly, just a warm (besides the cool part) and comfortable experience all around. I’ll be back for more treatments.
