This is one high end place for just about everything pampering, and of course exercise. Extremely expensive, but it you can afford it I doubt you could find better.

I have hair cuts, massages, pedicures and facials at the spa. All we’re good, but my favorites are the facials and the massages. They are both excellent.

I loved my deep tissue massage today, during which the therapist warmed my robe so that it was cozy for me to put on at the end of the massage.
Quiet areas are available, and you can spend as much time as you want in the sauna, steam room, and hot tubs before or after your treatment, which makes any treatment a great value.
The sauna, steam room, and showers are well attended, and importantly, the cleanest and least crowded I’ve been to recently.
