Great facilities
This spa is great. Staff is friendly and service is great. I had there haircut, manicure, massages, facials, and makeup done. All experiences were very positive.
Bonus: you don’t need to be a member of the Pro club in order to get the treatment.
The atmosphere is wonderful!

Hope is the BEST. I got my eyebrows/upper lip waxed and barely felt a thing which I have never experienced. Highly recommend!
When there are so many well deserving and non arrogant places around, why come here?
The few times I have visited this salon, I came out with uneven haircuts. If you mention the poor quality or lack of skilled stylists you are told to visit another salon. The leadership here needs to learn and teach their staff professionalism.

My mom and I have been going to the same hairstylist at the Spa for 5 years. Jenna is absolutely amazing, I got highlights a year ago and they are still there at the tips! When my mom gets her hair dyed she never has roots and the beautiful color lasts for weeks. They treat you so well, offering you elegant beverages and even having a calming lounge from the very start. I had my brows waxed there once too, and no one in the spa is ever short of friendly. One thing I don’t recommend is buying any products, though. All the products are way overpriced. Other than that, it is the perfect salon. I haven’t gotten a haircut from any other salon in 5 years, for good reason.
