I had such a good experience. The treatments felt catered to my specific goals and the staff were welcoming and professional. Jennifer J was very specific and thoughtful with injection placements and my treatment overall. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Will be back
As a black woman I am always self conscious at an all white facility but the facility looked cute so I signed up for treatment. I am an international conflict analysts and after a couple of treatments at the bellevue location a war broke out in my home country Ethiopia, I had to travel to Sudan to help refugees coming in from Tigray ( where my family is from). This whole thing has been so traumatic and the way these people have responded infuriated me. It may be displaced anger so you be the judge. I asked to cancel the treatment plan and get a refund considering I am in a war zone with a possibility of me losing my life! but I was denied. I then asked for the store credit to be used to get sunscreens to have my ex send it to me in Khartoum also denied I guess cuz it has been over two weeks and I still haven’t heard back. I feel petty leaving this review using a unhcr wifi connection but I’m just tired of white people stealing money from us for not doing anything, using systems like ‘polices’ to reenforce their white privilege. I’m probably never going to see my $1K again and I thought I should make sure that Black People in WA know who they dealing with!
I had my brazilian laser hair removal treatment done by Rubye and am an extremely satisfied customer! More than 95% of my hair isn’t growing back at all and Rubye makes the appointments quick, easy, and very comfortable. I have had laser hair removal with other types of lasers and the one she used actually hurt significantly less than those that I’ve experienced previously. To me, the laser hurts less than a wax. In my opinion, laser is absolutely worth the cost! Considering waxes are $70+ and you have to get them every 6ish weeks, this will actually save me money (and so much time!) in the long run. I also no longer have to deal with the pain of waxing and dealing with ingrown hairs! Great salon, great service – highly recommend!
One-stop shop for everything you possibly need. Kelly (Sales Manager) is absolutely amazing, very tentative, verse in product knowledge and extremely welcoming and friendly. I knew I found a hidden gem when my consult became a therapy session. Love her and all the doctors I’ve had treatments from! Thank you so much for beautifying me and building my self confidence after my divorce!

I love coming to Kucumber Skin Lounge. Every time I come, I leave relaxed and taken care of. My appointments are always with Karen and I always leave excited for my next treatment. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing and answers all of my questions. While conversation is always good, she also knows when I’d like to just relax quietly and enjoy the experience. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Absolute waste of money and time i saw Dr Leyla she did fillers in my nasolabial folds.
It was all gone within a week. I had severe bruising and the most painful and uncomfortable experience.
i also know the Dentist is sanctioned and i will not return and do not recommend this place at all.
I’ve been going there off and on for years which should automatically illicit 5 stars in theory (for length of time) but since great botox injectors are few and far between and the fact that they are not shy with over the top sales tactics, lends them 3 stars at best. However, they do offer champagne on some Saturdays and their locations (especially Bellevue) are very clean. I am still on the fence about whether the fact that they send me personal text messages about specials is desperate or good customer service. Either way, worth a try.
The people here are the best! The owner is friendly and knowledgeable about how to improve your skin. The facial I received was so relaxing and refreshing, I didn’t want to leave! The lounge is clean and smells wonderful all the time. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment here. You won’t regret it!
