I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kuntz and her staff. I have had chronic pain for the past 5 years from a serious accident I was involved in. After trying everything under the sun and desperate to feel better, I found Dr. Kuntz and did acupuncture and FSM therapy. It changed my life. After doing a mere 10 sessions of acupuncture I feel like my old self again – I am even able to play tennis again, which hasn’t happened since my accident! I can’t thank her enough for her skills, knowledge and expertise. Dr. Kuntz is incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and LISTENS to you. By far the best physician I have ever seen. Visiting their office is always a joyful time, even as both she and Keisha have to go the extra mile to provide me with solutions to help me deal with my overly sensitive painful areas. They have also gone the extra mile to help me as I grappled with an unexplainable skin issue which had stumped other doctors. Inner Vitality is a gift. Dr. Kuntz is an amazing doctor! She is well educated on the latest technologies for skin care, and brings those to her practice. She listens and provides options to achieve my goal that feels comfortable and in line with my budget.
Awesome place! The staff are great and friendly, the rooms are very nice, and it is in a very convenient location. The acupuncture helps a lot! It helped my back a lot!
Dr. Alice set me up with a frequency specific microcurrent (FSM) device with several treatment programs to use both pre and post surgery for a torn rotator cuff repair. Most of the treatments were done after my surgery to reduce the inflammation and swelling as well as promoting specific tissues healing processes. This little machine has made all the difference. At 3 weeks post-op I already had full passive range of motion. At 6 weeks my surgeon said I was one of the top recoveries he’s ever seen. I can already lift my arm up over my head (carefully) with no assistance. This treatment should absolutely be used by everyone that is about to undergo surgery. I cannot say thank you enough.
Dr Kuntz is an amazingly skilled professional. As an ENT surgeon (in addition to her many other qualifications (acupuncture, facial aesthetics), she is highly qualified (if not over-qualified) to perform facial procedures due to her intimate knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She is focused on a natural looking result and does the minimum to achieve the desired results. She is very pleasant to work with and I feel lucky to have found her.
I am not new to Botox or fillers but I am somewhat new to Inner Vitality. I have had some ‘not-so-good’ past experiences and have learned the difference between a good injector and the other kind.
Dr. Kuntz is absolutely amazing, one of the best injectors I have experienced. She takes the time to learn your face and skin to be sure she is offering the best treatment for YOU! Everybody has different bone structure, skin elasticity and we will not ALL have the same results. Not only does Dr. Kuntz know this, she also educated me about my skin.
On my first visit we talked about the results I am interested in and the cost, what I am willing to spend or what I can afford. Not one of my previous injectors discussed the financial aspect with me prior to treatment. We worked together to come up with a plan to get the results I desire that fit into my budget. My regimen is 2-3 visits a year and the cost is about the same that most women spend at their hairdresser each year.
Recently I asked about those annoying brown age spots on my face. Now in my mid 50’s, I was embarrassed to go outside without makeup. Dr. Kuntz talked to me about the many different laser treatments that she offers. She felt that the Pro Yellow Laser would give me the best results. She explained the full details of the process and how it works. After the the first treatment I was shocked at the results. I originally planned to have three treatments but it only took two. I still have brown spots, but the ones that remain have lightened and I no longer am embarrassed to been seen without makeup. I just wear sunscreen, ALWAYS wear sunscreen!!
I always look forward to my appointments with Dr.Kuntz, I always feel refreshed when I leave. She has such an amazing eye for detail. Her injectable techniques are painless and precise. I never look like have had something done, always look natural. Thanks, Dr. Kuntz!
Dr. Kuntz is excellent at what she does. She is intelligent and very knowlegable at what she is doing. I could not be happier with the results. My friends also have been going to her for hair removal . She has the newest the most noninvasive machines to get the job done without hurting the skin and it actually worked. My friends and I went for 6 treatments total and we couldn’t believe the hair was really gone. 🙂 And may I add she is not one of those Doctors that is always pushing new products on you.

Let me just say, if there is something you don’t like about yourself and it’s been bothering you, I bet she can help you! She is always educating herself on new methods to help her patients.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kuntz for over 13 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say; her professionalism, commitment to patient care, and competence—as a former otolaryngologist and surgeon—make her an exceptional aesthetic practitioner and acupuncturist. I’ve always appreciated Dr. Kuntz’s willingness to educate patients / fully explain procedures and/or products, and allow for patient input. I’ve never felt rushed during an appointment, and have confidence in Dr. Kuntz—and her recommendations—as I know she’d never recommend something I don’t need and/or something that wouldn’t be good for me. When it come to aesthetics, some practitioners leverage self-esteem to sell product and/or aren’t properly trained; Alice Kuntz is neither of those—she’s ethical, extremely qualified (and she’s got a fantastic eye, too). I hate to share her—but she’s gone above and beyond for me so many times, that I owe her the review.

I’ve had great results and I’m pleased!!!. Following Dr. Kuntz when she opened her new office was a great move for me. I am totally pleased with the procedures that Dr. Kuntz has performed because she is able to tailor each procedure to meet my individual needs. She is clear in what I can expect to see after a procedure and I really appreciate that. She is kind, caring and highly skilled.
I recently relocated to the Seattle area and was looking for a provider to continue my injectable treatments. I made an appointment with an Aspire rewards provider near work in Issaquah and was given an appt. Dr. Kuntz at her previous office. During my first appointment in December, she informed me that she would be opening her own practice in Bellevue. My first thought was, “I don’t know if I’m willing to drive into that traffic with this office being so close!”
During that appointment, we discussed my prior treatments and number of units, etc. Dr. Kuntz was taken aback from how many units they used – it was way too much for what I need, and, in retrospect, the photos of my unnatural smile certainly illustrate her point. She really took the time to listen to my goals and concerns before treatment. You’ll often hear her say that she errs on the conservative side before a more aggressive approach, which I feel creates a more natural result.
Previously, I’d seen about 5 general plastic surgeons for injectables, all of whom were male (just as a reference point), and none of them had the same touch and personalization as Dr. Kuntz. With the other providers, treatment around my glabella and crow’s feet were the standard 20 units each in the typical 5-3-3 sites. which would usually cause one eyebrow to lift too high or one eye to crinkle far less. Dr. Kuntz took a more customized approach with more injection points. It yielded the best and most natural results I’d seen this far, plus my face didn’t have any frozen sites that give it away! I was so pleased with the results from my first visit that I decided to follow Dr. Kuntz to her new practice, Inner Vitality in Bellevue.
Dr. Kuntz certainly didn’t miss a beat when opening up her solo practice. The welcoming interior is clean and modern (her navy blue accent wall inspired me to paint my living room with a dark gray accent color). It doesn’t feel like the cold, sterile environment one typically associates with going to the doctor. Keisha, the office manager, is so friendly and easy to talk with – I feel like we’ve been friends for years and not recent acquaintances. She will definitely make you feel welcome when you first step in and follows up as promised. Dr. Kuntz furthers the welcoming feeling because she truly listens and is concerned for your overall well-being and how she can help (she even remembers the minutiae).
Dr. Kuntz has a wider variety of services at Inner Vitality, which can be seen with the various rooms – exam room with the snazzy adjustable chair, a more “zen” room for acupuncture, and the laser treatment area. I have yet to try her East Asian medicine offerings, but hope to try acupuncture one day! I have expanded my current treatment regime to include fillers and laser resurfacing. I have been very pleased with the results of these additions, especially the laser resurfacing for my acne scarring. For the filler, I was worried about bruising and pain, but she is a pro with the micro-cannula and literally didn’t bruise, nor did I experience much pain. For laser, while I obviously peeled, it wasn’t to the point where I had to take work off or hide from being in public. It’s not the most pleasant feeling, but she has many ways to increase your comfort. As for my results after 3 sessions, I don’t need to edit photos or use heavy filters, which really boosts my self-confidence as I’ve struggled with acne and scarring for over 20 years! My co-workers even notice the difference in the texture.
I really can’t put into words how grateful I am to be under the care of Dr. Kuntz! The aging process is certainly not easy to many and has become for me to accept, but the results from her talent have genuinely helped me learn to like what I see in the mirror, which is a true testament of why you, too, should check out Inner Vitality. I highly recommend Dr. Kuntz so that you can feel like the best version of you!

I have seen Dr. Kuntz several times over the past few years for aesthetic treatments. She is kind, thorough and takes her time to truly evaluate your needs. You really know she is looking out for your best interest and to ensure you are getting what you desire from her treatments. She doesn’t suggest treatments that you don’t need or you don’t want. I trust her immensely!
I have been a patient of Dr. Kuntz’ for several years and would highly recommend her to anyone for esthetics and acupuncture. Not only is she extremely skilled technically, Dr. Kuntz is very kind and professional. Her approach is conservative so if you are trying filler, botox, laser treatment, you don’t have to worry about a hard sell or an end result that is regrettable. I am a dentist and very picky about my doctors but I trust her completely. Her knowledge is current and comprehensive. I have also tried the Fotona laser for hair loss, acupuncture for an arthritic thumb and skin product for hyperpigmentation.
In addition to Dr. Kuntz, her receptionist/scheduler is Keisha. She complements Dr. Kuntz’ with her kind, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable help. I especially like the ease of online scheduling. Her office is modern, very clean and relaxing with plenty of parking. I recommend her to all of my friends and patients!
I have been having laser procedures on my face with Dr. Kuntz. I find her to be highly professional and caring. It’s obvious that she wants me to have the best outcome possible.
