I literally could not possibly have had a BETTER plastic surgery experience.
I initially called Dr. Egrari’s office to schedule a consultation and was told he was booked for consultations 9 months out. I got on his schedule because I had heard he was worth the wait. I also asked to be on a “move up list” in case of cancellations.
Amazingly, a couple of months later there was a cancellation and I was able to get in for a consultation. I imagined he would be booking surgeries many months later. Amazingly, they had just had a cancellation for a surgery appointment two weeks later which worked perfectly for my schedule.
The office team was AMAZING each step of the way. They were kind, supportive, informative and welcoming.
It has now been one month since my breast augmentation with mastopexy (lift) and I honestly could not be more pleased or amazed by the results which are better than I could have dreamed of.
Each and every point of contact with each member of the team was beyond impeccable. I felt so supported and cared for throughout the entire process.
The surgical team were rockstars. The on-site surgical facility is amazing. I was so grateful I didn’t need to go into the hospital environment and could have a private, intimate experience. I felt so safe and cared for.

Like most people considering undergoing multiple life changing surgeries, I did a ton of research before making the ultimate decision on who to go with for my procedures. My decision to go wirth Dr Egrari was probably the best decision I’ve ever made! Dr Egrari and his entire staff are kind, caring and compassionate. Their bedside manner is like no other! Dr. Egrari is passionate about the work that he does and it definitely shows.
I am approaching my third surgery thru Dr Egrari and I do not have a single concern for the procedure or my recovery. Dr Egrari is an incredible artist! He genuinely loves what he does and it shows throughout!
From initial consultation to final discharge, he is there every step of the way, to answer any questions you might have, and making sure that you feel comfortable from the moment you walk thru the front door.
Dr. Egrari’s after care nurse Aliah is amazing as well! She is super knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough, not to mention super friendly! She is always prompt at answering any questions or concerns that I have, as well as prompt replies to any emails that I send and she definitely makes you feel like you are their top priority!

We visited Dr. Egrari in February, made plans for my daughter’s surgery, and had her breast reduction recently. From the moment we spoke on the phone, making our appointment, and came in for our first meeting til post surgery its been flawless. I got my miradry done in September 2020. I wanted to wait at least 6 months to be able to fully see the changes. So pre miradry I was sweating through my shirts and basically dripping in sweat constantly, it was so uncomfortable. As soon as I would put a shirt on it would be drenched in sweat almost instantly. It was like my armpits had their own ecosystem. The procedure was super simple, the worst part was the numbing. The only pain post procedure was the same day like 8ish hours later. Danielle did my procedure and she was fantastic. Very informative about the process and great conversationalist during. I asked for her after reading all her reviews and she did not disappoint. So, now 6 months post and fully healed, I do have some sweat it’s about 40-50% reduced. So I can see why some people will go back for a second treatment but I am extremely happy with my results!
Dr Egrari and his staff were so informative and caring. They answered every question I had and never made me feel silly for asking. Dr Egrari listened to me about the end results I was looking for and made professional suggestions on which direction to take to achieve my desired results. I am over the moon happy with every aspect of the process and results!!!
Do your research before getting any cosmetic surgery. I did!!! Lead me to Egrari recently had a breast reduction I must of called them people 100 times with questions and concerns building is beautiful and clean staff is amazing not to mention Mr. Egrari is the man to go too!!

Love, Love, Love Dr. Egrari and his facility. I couldn’t recommend him enough I refer him to all my friends and family. He’s hands down the best plastic surgeon ever!! A true master of his work he takes pride in everything he does. He’s a perfectionist in every way which is exactly what I wanted from my plastic surgeon.
His nurses and staff are all fabulous they’re all so warm and friendly it was truly a great experience all around. They made me feel like family.
I can’t begin to explain how scared and nervous I was during my first consult and before surgery. I had so many questions racing through my mind Egrari was very kind and patient and took his time with me. He was always there to address any of my questions and concerns pre/post surgery.
His professional; calm and confident disposition pre/post surgery gave me peace of mind and eased all of my worries.
All of my incisions were paper thin, and my scars almost obsolete. My weight fluctuated nearly 100lbs when I had kids so I’ve had multiple surgeries performed by Egrari from breast lift/augmentation, tummy tuck, bbl and others. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my safety or body the way I trust him. He only uses the best of best from his Anesthesiologists to his equipment. I’ve been a patient for over 12 years and had multiple surgeries performed by Egrari. He’s given me the confidence I never had and the body I always wanted. He’s trustworthy, and honest in every aspect of surgery. He’s a phenomenal Dr. I’m so happy I chose him for my surgeries I couldn’t be more thrilled about how I look and feel today. My scars are horrific I had a another plastic surgeon have to do wound care on my abdominal incision because it would not close on its own . The plastic surgeon wanted to charge me extra for continuing wound care on my incision like he tried to charge me extra when I was bleeding internally I’ve tried to have my incision repaired but my skin is to taught to repair the incision. I have hsd my incicisions looked at by 2 separate surgeons. None can fix.

Dr Egrari and his staff were absolutely exceptional and took great care of me, pre, during and post op for my mommy makeover. Everything was so smooth and safely done, I would absolutely recommend them for any cosmetic surgery needs to others!
It took me a long time to sit down and write a review.
I was 19 when I first went to Dr. Egrari for breast enhancement surgery to correct tuberous/hypoplastic breasts. I’m 28 now. My goal was just to look normal. The initial surgery I felt that my implants were too wide and laterally placed. I then got very severe capsular contracture (cc) – which is of no fault of Dr. Egrari – and had to get them replaced.
I downsided and my breasts looked better but I very quickly developed cc again and got explanted later that same year. With both sets of implants, I had very noticeable muscle flex/animation deformity which, of course, is a risk with partially submuscular implants. I do recall him saying that I would still be able to live an active lifestyle with submuscular implants and him saying he works with lots of active women. Sure I was still able to be active, but my breasts also looked weird when I moved my arms so I don’t think that’s a great selling point.
I have no sensation in my nipples or lower pole of my breasts, which I knew was a risk going into this but disappointing all the same.
My areolar incisions look pretty good. The one thing I don’t like is that still to this day I can feel bumps from stitches.
During my explant, Dr. Egrari went through my inframammary fold. The original incision for my implants was circumareolar. He said he removed the entire capsule and that the scar tissue was extremely thick.
I was not aware of this at the time of my explant, but many doctors attempt to repair the muscle during explant as animation deformity can persist. Dr. Egrari did not and I had severe tethering and when I flexed my pec muscles – this includes minor arm movements- the lower portion of my breast would pull in and up.
I went to see Dr. Egrari about 5 years after my explant to discuss the muscle flex issues. I am out of state so it is hard for me to see him on a regular basis. I told him my concerns and he explained there were limited options. Where I got particularly frustrated, was when he told me my static appearance looked good. This is perhaps my biggest grievance with plastic surgeons, they seem to laud themselves on their work based on still images of women’s breasts. Women are not stationary beings. I use my arms and chest muscles all the time and the fact that doing so now causes a noticeable deformity is something I think a plastic surgeon should be more cognizant of. It is embarrassing and physically uncomfortable.
I was fairly distraught after Dr. Egrari basically told me there wasn’t much he could do for me. He did give me an 11K (I think that was the cost) estimate for fat grafting and gave me the name of some other doctor who did more fat grafting. While I was crying, he asked if he could take pictures of my breasts. That was a pretty rude move in my opinion.
I have since had my muscle repaired with strattice with another doctor. Because the muscle had healed so that it was basically only in the upper pole of my breast, just pulling the muscle down and attaching it with strattice improved the appearance of my breast. I followed that up with fat grafting from a very well known doctor in NC. My breasts look so much better though I do have residual adhesions that still cause some movement when I engage my pecs which I will likely address at a later date.
I understand some of my breast issues are of no fault of the doctor, but based on my conversations with other doctors on realself and in person, he should have addressed my muscle issues upon explant. I was incredibly disappointed in my final in person interaction with him and found his bedside manner to be rather lackluster in the end.
If I could do it all over again, I would likely just pursue fat grafting.

Three C-sections later I was tired. Being a mom is a wonderful privilege and a gift. Us moms know giving life takes a huge toll on ones body.
I spent years wanting to remove the excess belly and fix my uneven scar area. As moms tend to do, I put myself last.
When I finally decided to go for it, I did research and went by word of mouth. Of course Dr. Egrari was my number one choice and one I have no regrets. Egrari and his staff made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Bearing ones post baby, (times three) body is intimidating to say the least. They made me feel beautiful and did not give me unrealistic expectation.
Seeing myself after the surgery I was in shock. I had no idea I could look that good! Now my outside matches how I feel on the inside.
Thanks team for your wonderful before and after care. I truly have no regrets and feel beautiful and I’m on top of the world.
I would NEVER listen to the previous review from Erin Johnson. Dr. Egrari is a world class surgeon and this client is making a scene for herself. Make a consultation with any other surgeon and you will see his utmost professionalism and incredible bedside manner. I cant begin to say how elated I am to have such an expert in his field giving me more than i could ask for. Do not think twice and do not pass go. You will NOT be disappointed in his artistry.
Dr. Egrari did an amazing job! He picked the perfect implant along with the size. The implant that I wanted is what he thought was best. I was anxious as I have never had surgery before but it was a good experience and if I ever needed another procedure he would be the only doctor I would consider.
