Really impressed by the professional approach of the medical team here. Elizabeth Yun was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough with my skin test – she quickly identified areas for biopsy. Dr. Levy came in soon afterward to confirm surgery plans, and Brandon followed up with a folder of pre-op info. This is a high-functioning operation. Thank you, Elizabeth and team!
I just want to thank you for running a professional business with a welcoming environment. I was nervous about doing a full skin check but Elizabeth Yun made me feel comfortable and she was super friendly! She also was great at bedside manner for my husbands mole removals.
Pros:
– Elizabeth Yun, PA-C, diagnosed the problem immediately and recommended a course of remediation (that had I followed, would have saved me time and $$)
– Decent patient portal that allows you to see test results / exam notes (Yun’s notes here are very thorough and much appreciated!)
– I was seen promptly at my appointment time, which allowed me to confidently schedule appointments during my work day
Cons:
– Often felt like I was being rushed through all 4 appointments with Yun (In her defense, she’s clearly very smart and the problem / solution was so obvious to her, but I would have appreciated a more detailed explanation of diagnosis / prognosis)
– Limited pricing transparency (I also didn’t ask, but lesson learned)
– 3% charge on all credit card transactions (which can be meaningful $$) [Note: You can pay with a debit card or HSA to avoid]
Billing / Insurance:
– Office visits ranged $202.72 (low time estimate) to $285.44 (moderate time estimate); Allergy patch test was billed separately at $435.60
– Double check if Dermatology of Seattle (provider) is “in network” for your insurance or you may be paying for this out of pocket
Top notch all around. Easy to make appointment, and the doctor was very punctual. Further more, the doctor was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was one of the best doctor experience I ever had.

Super friendly staff, very professional service! Dr Yun quickly solved issues that had been overlooked/unadressed by my previous providers. Dr. Levy has also been amazing and very helpful! Plus, he speaks French and we could crack a few jokes! Highly recommend this clinic!
First time patient today. Had an appointment set a week or so before coming in. Upon arrival I was greeted and my personal information was collected. Before moving forward with consultation, the manager Brandon said I needed to put on a mask. I let him know I have a medical exemption for a mask due to severe anxiety, plus the state no longer required a mask for any business’. He proceeded to tell me that I had to wear one and that it’s their own policy they’ve come up with for the safety of their Medicaid patients. I informed him he’s actually discriminated against me, a disabled person by not giving me service. He didn’t care, and said I must leave if I don’t wear a mask. I left, forever. I will never go to a place that mandates wearing a mask when the CDC, the department of health, and all local ordinances no longer require them. Wake up Brandon! It’s August 2022 and the pandemic is OVER! Please don’t support this business and their antics.
My mother has been seeing Dr Levy for over 20 years and we absolutely adore him! His “bedside” manner is warm and caring and he is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all things related to her health! If you’re looking for a dermatologist- we highly recommend Dr Levy!
Ridiculous over charging for a simple service, was charged for a 30 min appointment when it actually lasted less than 2 minutes. The absurd prices are not reflected in the quality either.

The skin around my mother’s eyes had been itching and swelling for over 2 months. I took her to two different ophthalmologists and even an acupuncturist during that time, and nothing was working.
So she was very grateful for the care brisk care she received at this clinic. The doctor was kind and to the point. With the prescription and directions she gave us, my mother’s condition improved drastically within 2 weeks. Upon the follow up appointment, the doctor gave us further instructions and a different prescription in case of further developments.
