Dr. Levy got me in in about 20 minutes for an acute wax induced breakout where all the other locations in the area told me to go to urgent care. Amazing service all around at the clinic, the staff was so welcoming!
I consulted Dr Levy for my facial acne. He was super friendly and comfortable to talk to. He was patient while listening to my ailments and made sure I understood the medical procedures/ medications that he proposed to address the same.

INCONVENIENT/UNPUNCTUAL DOCTOR/STAFF
SERVICES DONE IN BURIEN, NOT BELLEVUE
What an unprofessional organization. I looked to scheduled an appointment in August but they were booked out a month so I found a date in September. Filled out all of the information and requested services. I come in on a Monday in September, get called in to the office, and the lady asks me “so why are you here today”? Read the appointment description! After reading the description, another lady comes in and says we have to reschedule for a Wednesday and that they can’t do anything because their doctor only comes in on a Wednesdays. They’re booked out a month so my next appointment they book is in October. Now I’ve wasted 2 months. They also tell me that Id have to go to Burien for my third appointment. The Wednesday morning of the second appointment, their front office calls me and tells me that my appointment was cancelled because the doctors decided not to show up and tried to reschedule an appointment another month out. Event though I only came in once and they told me I had to reschedule because they couldn’t do anything, I got charged 2 times. Waiting to hear back why I got 2 charges while wasting 3 months of my life with no progress. Horrible experience, go elsewhere. You’ll end up having to go to burien anyway.
