Great doctor and medical staff, insurance refused to pay and billing office was quite helpful with out-of-pocket costs. I do wish they had told me the insurance isn’t accepted beforehand, since I specifically asked about it, but overall great experience

Had a great experience! I recommend that you add photos or even QR codes of products you recommend to clients to their paperwork to help us select the correct products! Between moisturizer, sunscreen, face wash and more, it can be overwhelming to choose the right product.
I had 4 seborrheic keratosis with liquid nitrogen
The ones on my back didn’t
change. I had them done before and they peeled off.
This time I don’t see any difference.
Saw Tiffany Yim, the PA. Was very disappointed, especially since we were referred to this clinic with glowing reviews. The referral was for Dr Carlos, but I would have had to wait so long to see her so I went ahead and took the soonest-available appointment with Tiffany Yim.
The appointment was a complete waste of time. I tried to explain twice what had been happening to a patch of skin on my face, and she interrupted both times with her conclusion. I kept saying, “No, actually what’s been happening is this…” And she wanted none of it. She already made up her mind and had no interest in listening to me. Her diagnosis and prescribed treatment plan has done zero for me, obviously. I wish I didn’t have to give my co-pay when the healthcare provider is this terrible. The entire appointment lasted 12 minutes.
I will try to book with Dr Carlos and wait if I have to. I never want to see Tiffany Yim again.

I was referred to Dermatology Arts by my PCP for an extraction removal. I saw Roshni Changela PA-C who was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office!
