Continued wonderful care. Dr Carlos and staff are very courteous and efficient. I appreciate the thoroughness of Dr. Carlos (which has been my experience every time.) She explains each relevant piece of information and makes multiple suggestions for each of my concerns. Communication has been timely and helpful. Very happy with Dr Carlos and staff!

Just finished my first appointment here. Liz has a very warm personality and I trust that if I had a significant concern, I’d be in capable hands with her. I was going in for a full-body scan, and planned to ask what could be done for an angioma on my face that I’ve had for years. She just went ahead and took care of it in the same appointment, with the cost being less than I expected, as someone who has never had a cosmetic procedure done. I really appreciate kindness and efficient use of time, so Liz’s personality and willingness to tend to my medical and cosmetic concerns in one appointment gets an A+ rating from me!
The assistant, Emily, was friendly and courteous . My doctor was also friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable during the examination. My doctor answered all of my questions and was very helpful in deciding further treatment. It was a good experience and I will go back for my next examination.
Did not have to wait, clear instructions and caring staff
Dr. Carlos = 5 stars! The friendly receptionists are part of that 5 stars also. The rooms are clean, the exam is done efficiently but never feeling rushed. Dr Carlos is friendly, thourough and you recieve a detailed report of your visit along with practical suggestions for the future health of your body’s epidermis.

Very happy with my experience. Roshni was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each treatment option and why she recommended what she did, as well as what I should expect progress wise. She was very detailed with her answers to my questions. Meanwhile Dr. Master may actually be the most reassuring human being I’ve ever met lol. His sweet demeanor and bubbly greeting immediately made me feel at ease. The impatient part of me wanted them to just prescribe a skin lightener for my hyperpigmentation and be done with it, but I really appreciated that they aren’t about superficial quick fixes, and instead focus on getting to and solving the root of the problem for sustainable skin health. The woman who greeted me at the desk was fabulous too, and the office is clean, cozy, and upscale. I was able to book an immediate/next-day appointment, and I’m so glad I found them!
