Very thorough and informative
The MA was super super kind and attentive. My NP was behind which I didn’t mind but I felt because of it she rushed our appointment which made me sad because I’m dealing with so much and waited a while to get in at all. I walked away with the same recommendations I found online on a cold urticaria support group. Lots of immune suppressant meds. I’m going to try a naturopathic dermatologist. My provider was kind, just felt super super rushed and I didn’t get to feel heard the way I was needing to. I know it’s not her fault, insurance owns medicine in this country and they demand 7 minute appointments it seems like. Just felt really not personalized and I burst into tears once I got in the car because my issues are so stressful. I also understand that with western medicine there is a limited range of tools in their toolbelt that mainly include pharmaceutical and things like immune suppressants. So it’s nobody’s fault there. Just wasn’t really what I was hoping for. 🙁
Dr. Carlos was wonderful. Very thorough and explained everything. Office staff were all great. Would highly recommend.
