Check in was efficient, the staff is thorough in checking medical history, Dr. Carlos is super nice, is thorough and explains what she is seeing well, as well as treatment/removal options without giving a sales pitch for their cosmetic procedures. I’ve had a few moles removed, most of which have been cosmetic and not medical (not covered by insurance,) and I feel their prices are fair/reasonable. I’ve typically been able to get in with them within two weeks if I’ve had to schedule a last minute. Dermatology ARTS’s office feel very modern and boutique-ish, comes across as pretty fancy, but all the doctors and assistant staff are super friendly and low-key.

Dr. Master was wonderful with my son. Kind, engaging, humorous and he made my son feel so welcomed and comfortable to ask questions about his skin. Dr. Master gave insightful, detailed, professional answers in a way that was easy to understand. Incredible in his profession and just as remarkable as a person. Truly can not say enough positive things.

Friendly receptionist, nurse and practitioner who saw us were helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed and answered all questions. Didn’t feel rushed.
Update: my young adult son started here four months ago after seeing another dermatologist at another practice for several years. Although his acne was already mild to moderate at its worst, we wanted to clear it up for good. The other derm didn’t have hours that worked with my son’s work schedule so we came to Derm Arts. They switched up his routine and over the next four months, he went from moderate to mild to only a few minor pimples. They gave us a new medication last visit and hopefully he’ll be clear of all acne at his next follow up! Also they call in meds very quickly! We got the notice that his prescription was ready at the drug store within 40 minutes of his appointment. No waiting around for hours or days for the office to send his prescription. This was an end of day appointment, so it may be different if you go first thing, but the dr and practitioner seeing the patient together seem to have everything dialed in to get patient info in their files quickly and efficiently.
