Liz Schuringa and medical assistant Jennifer are awesome 🙂 I’ve always felt super comfortable and heard when I come here and the front desk staff are wonderful and kind as well. Definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a dermatology clinic in the Eastside!!
I have been seen by Dr.Lemaster. He is very knowledgeable. He offers many choices that you can never go wrong with.
He has a good sense of humor in a way to make things easy to understand and implement.
In addition to his follow-up and thorough.
I love Liz! She makes me feel heard and I feel like she really cares about my treatment 🙂
Dr. Master and his entire staff are warm and friendly. I especially liked that the support staff introduced themselves with their name and role. The Dr. took his time, answering my questions, and making sure that I understood everything.

Worst and most unprofessional place I have been to. My appointment was at 1:45 PM and I reached their at 1:30 but could not locate the exact building so I called and asked for help. The lady on the call helped me trying explaining and told me she would convey the message to the Doctor that I will be here shortly.
I finally went in at 1:49 PM and they asked me to fill all the information on Tab which I actually provided online before the day of my appointment. I was told at 2 PM that they cannot take me in as I am late.
I don’t understand what is the purpose of filling all information in Patient portal when they ask you same thing when you arrive.
So unprofessional behavior I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Dr Carlos is so thorough and very personable. I feel comfortable with her and the entire office.
Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. See you in 3 weeks!
