I’ve been to this place 3 times (once for hydrafacial with a woman I can’t remember the name of and twice for a chemical peel with Kat). The staff has always been kind, professional, and understanding. I have bad skin with acne scarring, so I was glad to find a hygienic and efficient office with the services I need near me. It can be pricy, but all offices that you go to for these sorts of things are. Definitely happy to go back again.

There are no words to describe how wonderful Erica is! Not only did she do a fantastic job with me but, she comforted me and made sure that I was ready. She’s a very special person and I will always go to her for all of my needs. Shout out to the team for always being so kind and considerate.
I booked a hydra facial. I was beyond amazed at the results. My skin was clearly starving for the hydration and glowed afterwards. Definitely booking another one!
I wasn’t initially sure I wanted to have anything done when I first had a consultation at Luma, but I met with Ericka and she answered all of my questions thoroughly without being pushy or trying to talk me into anything. I decided to go forward and I’ve now been in for a couple of facial treatments and am happy with the results. Ericka is great and I will continue to use Luma in the future.
This an All in one stop Med SPA! New tech allows them to offer a variety of services during the same visit! This definitely makes it easy!! Rebecca is amazing!! She makes me feel home every time! Great experience!!
Went in for a consultation on work I wanted done and was very please with the customer service from all the employees I came into contact with! Dr. Conrad and his Medical Director Ericka made sure I knew all my options and all the possible outcomes. They gave me great advice and I left feeling very happy and satisfied with my visit! I would totally recommend Luma Medical Spa especially if you want work done to help boost your confidence from professional employees that are actually looking out for your best interest.
I was looking for a spa closer to home and found Luma. I’ve been there twice. First time it went great with Dr. Fox. Second time, I was told he was not doing injectables any longer and was offered an alternative with someone else. It all seemed to go well at first. However, the effect seemed uneven… so I went back for a complimentary retouch 2 weeks after. One month later, the effect is completly gone! I called to express my concern and got a message saying that Dr. Fox doesn’t do Dysport (which he did, I have a receipt stating what I paid for and I know who I saw) and that the second time I did have Dysport and the effects fade faster. Huh? Fun fact: I’ve had Dysport for the past 6 years and it lasts 3 to 3.5 months, so I do it 3 times a year… good to know thus was a waste of money the second time around.
After much research I chose to have my SculpSure treatment at the Luma MedSpa. What a great decision it was. Rebecca was knowledgeable and explained the treatment in detail. Dr. Conrad dropped in during my treatment to see how things were going and to make sure I didnt have any questions. It was really nice to have everyone so dedicated on making sure the treatment I received went well. Its awesome having such a nice spa, offering high end treatments without having to drive to Bellevue or Seattle. I’m excited for my next session.
I have tried several places for my laser treatments and Luma MedSpa in Auburn is absolutely THE BEST! If I could give them ten stars, I would. They have the most advanced technology and incredible professionals. They will make your dream come true! I’m extremely happy with the results and I highly recommend this place! Thank you for all you do!!

I can’t come up with one negative thing to say about Luma Med Spa. I had the best experience here and look forward to going back. Everyone was great from the moment I came in. I felt very comfortable and confident getting the treatment I received and appreciated the time they took to explain everything.
I am getting a tattoo removed. Very professional and friendly staff. Cameron and Annette are so warm and knowledgeable they walked me through the whole process which put me at ease. They have a cooling system that cuts any pain in half!
I can’t say good enough things about this place. I had a Picosure pigment treatment for my face almost 2 months ago, and now my skin is glowing with little pigment left. Caring, reasonable and knowledgable staff. Dr. Conrad in particular is personable. He definitely knows his trade. I was offered a great price on Sculpsure treatment which I am doing this week. Highly recommended.
I absolutely love my lips! Cameron is so attentive and detailed. She put me at ease with all of her knowledge and also informed me what she was doing as she was working on me. I will definitely be back.
