I’ve been getting my lashes done by Rehgan for a couple months now and she is amazing! She did a great job of explaining the processes and how to take care of my lashes. She’s good at taking cues from the client on being talkative or not, and she had such a gentle touch! I can barely feel her working on me. Every time I’m there, it’s a relaxing experience.
I had to fly in for an ill family member and was in desperate need of a fill. Not only was I able to get a appointment the following day but ashlyn Was more than professional!! My experience exceeded all of my expectations and anytime that I am in Vancouver; I will definitely be getting my lashes done here at flutter and wink by ashlyn.
I have gone to a few different businesses for lashes and will NEVER go anywhere else than Flutter and Wink again!! Everyone at flutter and wink are educated, sincere, professional and amazingly sweet! Lindsay just finished my Jet Plasma series and she accommodated me with an extra session because she felt she mislead me somewhere(when she absolutely did not!!) but that’s how a business is supposed to be ran when you work so closely with the public! I am not only happy but amazed at the whole experience. The entire staff is second to none in every aspect of a business! I wish there were more stars than 5! They deserve way more!!
This place has terrible customer service and terrible service in general. I would highly not recommend Lexi or Mikayla. They over price their services and the lashes fall out with in a couple days. When they do, they choose to blame the customer with the issue and have you pay again. They are con artists. Zero stars

I called & asked them what to do to fix my one eye at home because I couldn’t go back in, she didnt give me any tips and told me she would have to see my eye. My lashes were wonkey. My lashes are all curly and falling out, one eye is way different with my lash lift, the tech was so sick (literally losing her voice), so I did think they were great the first two days and then turned into just a mess. Keep in mind this was $135.00, the first time going in. So not very happy.
Lexi is always so awesome! Clean facility, great conversation, and extremely professional! My brows always turn out great & my recent lash lift was amazing!
I go to Elly regularly, she is AMAZING! Absolute perfection with my eyebrow wax and tinting. Same goes for my lash lift and tint too! Cannot recommend enough.
I had a great first experience with a wonderful technician who did a fantastic job. Elly was very professional, efficient and gentle. I will be back very soon!
Been going here For my lashes and Brows for awhile. Michelle Does a great job And is always happily smiling She is just the best. The salon is always clean bright And the staff makes you feel your among friends. Best place in town For some Me time. Money well spent.
Do not recommend eyebrow threading service. Appointment was rushed, my eyebrows were not cleaned up so much hairs left behind. Lousy job.
Hands down the best lash and beauty salon in the Northwest. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and every lash artist I’ve seen has been knowledgeable, professional and friendly – I’ve never had a bad set! I’ve also recently started receiving laser and botox treatments now that they’ve expanded their medspa services – Dr. Kang is a perfectionist and I’m already looking forward to my next treatment!
I received teeth whitening, micro channeling, IPL laser, and jet plasma services from this business. I was very impressed by the level of skill and professionalism displayed by the staff. I am very pleased with the results that I received, and I will certainly return for additional services in the future. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is seeking top level service in the beauty/aesthetics industry in the Oregon and Southwest Washington area.
This was my first experience getting lashes done & my tech made me feel so comfortable the table was heated! And had a nice blanket ontop of it! ❤️the cleanliness was 10/10 everything sanitized and literally gorgeous! the aesthetic was a whole vibe ontop of the AMAZING STAFF! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Helped me get my paperwork done & sort out everything I needed to get my beautiful lashes! The tech? She was the best! Super nice super welcoming she walked me through everything I needed to know bout my lashes. ( I’ve always worn strip!) lash extensions were completely new to me & she went through how to take care of them how to wash and brush them how to sleep with them for the best retention, she was a savior for my first time getting lashes done she helped me through my entire experience. Also the environment was 100/100! It was nice and quiet they played music in the background but everyone whispered it was just a nice calm quiet place to have some me time.
I saw Brooke, here. I have had lashes for 6+ years and never had more than 70% of them fall out almost immediately. I called in & the gal at the front desk told me I could come in and get them fixed (I didn’t even make it to a 2 week fill) I came in and then she told me the way that I cleanse them (with qtip- with lash cleanser) is why they all fell out and I’d have to pay to get them filled. I even told her they were falling out immediately after my appointment. Only to last me 4 more days until my next fill. I had someone else tell me not to come her, I should have listened. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Awful customer service & terrible lash application. I never leave bad reviews or reviews at all. But this service was overpriced & terrible. Next time I’m in a pinch I will for sure go back to Glam Beauty Bar… way better esthetic, 100x better customer service & not so expensive.

Had a classic set of extensions done. Didn’t know what to expect as a newbie, but it was wonderful! Kristina was awesome and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Can’t want to go back for my fill 🙂
I visited Flutter and Wink for a lash lift and tint. I was a little nervous because I’ve never had anything done to my lashes before. I was immediately welcomed by Jenn; she has a warm loving vibe and immediately helped me feel comfortable. She even gave me a blanket in case I got cold, and played calming music! My lashes look SO good, and I am so pleased! I already booked my next appointment.
Absolutely awful teeth whitening experience. Burned like fire. Technician said she would be right back to check in on me, and never did. The whole time I was laying there while the gooey, burning liquid dripped back into my mouth and into the soft tissue under my tongue, pooling up with no option for relief. I kept wondering if the burning was normal, if I could spit somewhere, and how much time was left on the clock. Seems like they’d have prepped me better for the details of the experience. They definitely need a better system figured out for spitting out the gooey, burning substance, because there’s no way to tolerate that while laying down for 30 minutes. I only made it 15 minutes in, and had to remove the apparatus myself and find kleenex to spit all of my drool and whitening goo out into. Disgusting. I asked if there was a way to do it sitting up instead (so that the burning liquid wouldn’t collect in my throat) and they said no. They still made me pay 50%.
