Terrible experience with Dr. Sousa and this clinic. Needed a breast reduction. They submitted inaccurate information regarding my current size. When i was declined Dr. Sousa refused to do a peer review that was offered by my insurance company. Although they did immediately offer that they’d be happy to give me a quote to pay out of pocket. How kind. After my insurance company advised me that they needed to correct my bra size they refused to even submit a correction. Jill who works there tried her best to help me but when even the insurance company says that your Dr. was not a good advocate for you, thats pretty sad. During the months after the declination i never heard from dr sousa once. Seems to me they are more interested in making money off of clients than helping patients. After a waiting period i went through another Dr. and my surgery was approved within 4 days. He also didn’t try to upsell me on other surgeries.
Dr. Wheeler and his staff are hands down the absolute best at what they do. Dr. Wheeler was very professional and straight forward but also very friendly. His knowledge about the whole process from beginning to end was exceptional. He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, which I appreciated very much. I have and will continue to refer anyone I know to him and his office everytime.
I could not be more blessed with Dr Hunter Allen-Oliver and the many staff members at Plastic Surgery Northwest. I had cancer, Dr Oliver was Professional, best personality and above all, the best Plastic Surgeon I could have had…They become your family. I had a double Mastectomy.

I can not express how amazing the whole staff at Plastic Surgery Northwest is. Dr. Pannucci gave me the exact results I was looking for. He took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Super knowledgeable, very transparent with all information the good and bad..I knew exactly what I was walking into and exactly what I was to expect with my results 🙂 I had a hard time coming out of sedation and all of the nurses were amazing. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed or inconveniencing anyone. They did everything they could to get me through it and I SUPER APPRECIATE THEM! When I’d call or text the office with any questions during my post op recovery I always got a response/answer right away. My whole experience was AMAZING!
